I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

Most times you have to call back and leave reminder messages. They or someone they go through installed a liner on our inground pool and probably a year later there are bumps all on the walls of the deep end and they won't call back or schedule anything to come take a look as to why it is all bumpy. They installed a motor and 2 years later it died. Come to find out, after having a different company service it the wire that was hooked up to it burnt it out. So instead at time of install suggesting getting the wire updated they just connected it knowing. When I called to see when the motor was installed I let them know I was having someone else service it their response was basically 'good luck to you'. I will continue to try and get them to do something about my liner seeing how they put it in but they have lost my business. No issues with the retail business though.

The man took all the information, said he couldn't do it today because he was going to an appointment and would take get back to me the next day with an estimate. Never got back to me. I waited a few days. In the business world, if you make a commitment to a customer you follow up. If you can't do the job, a dealer should have the courtesy to return the request and state that you are unable to give an estimate for whatever reason but thanks for thinking of us.

I finally ordered my own liner, cove foam and bottom pad. It's now days later and still no contact from Christina or anyone from EZ test pools trying to help. A return call from the first time asking about this would have eliminated this review and the legwork just to get a pool liner and have it installed or guide me to someone who could help. ​

We hired Eric to replace our pool liner. During the week leading up to the installation appointment…read morehe kept in touch with us since the weather could have been an issue on the day of the install. They ended up coming the day before scheduled due to rain so they could get the job done. The installation lasted most of the day and they were very meticulous. They took great care removing and disposing of the old liner, raking and cleaning the old sand, adding and leveling new sand, taking care of rust spots and removing all wrinkles in the liner before filling the pool partway and cutting out expertly for the skimmer and return. He even called a couple days later to see how everything was. We're very pleased and will be calling him in the future if we ever need help with our pool.

Did not come with a skimmer plate and was told it didn't need one. Water was drained below the lip. Not worth the money. If it's damaged it is not covered by the supplier/maker. Also told warranty does not cover defective material damage because they label all of it as "natural causes". Why have a warranty then. Had a tin pool that lasted over 20 years and it was your basic bottom of the line wall and liner. Should've stuck with that!
