The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful. They sale Sherwin Williams paint at Lowes but the price seems to be cheaper at the Sherwin Williams store than Lowes. Also at Lowes they do not have the same level of service. I like the ease I driving up and being able to load either in the front or back. The staff will assist with matching a paint color. I hear that this location is the number 2 location in Central Kentucky and I can believe it. When you need to get some stain, paint or supplies stop by this location, they will take care of you.

I am so disappointed in how I was treated at this store. My family has bought paint from them for…read moreyears. So, naturally when I needed paint for my whole house being built- I took my blueprints and headed to the store. I made sure to let them know that I needed help calculating what I needed. Jim and I spent two hours with the blueprints and I had him check the amounts twice because it sounded like a lot to me. He assured me it was correct. He sold me 5 gallons of primer and 21 gallons of paint for a 1300 square foot home. We ran out of primer halfway through and had to drive an hour back to get more. We have almost 8 whole gallons of paint leftover. We called twice asking if we could return some paint for store credit. He basically told my husband that I was a liar and didn't show him the blueprints and that I told him that I didn't plan to prime the whole space. I am meticulous about my decisions. I explained fully well my plans and trusted that an older gentleman could help me calculate seeing as he'd worked there for a while. We are out about $400 in paint we can now trash and absolutely do not appreciate this man trying to take advantage of a woman just to get more money and sell more paint. So very disappointed that a business would be ran this way.

They have helped me pick out colors and supplies and load what I've bought. It is terrible I cannot remember their names! Lon, I think. He is like a gentle giant. And the young girl, she's a jewel. Hope management know they have hard workers that promote products and know the store. They are the reason I go to SW instead of Lyons.
