The ONLY thing I wish was they had to come back the next day to finish up some work, I wish they sent the same techs over. Only because they already knew exactly what was needed. I know they made notes on our file, but I worked at a HVAC company and we always tried to send the same tech to finish a job, but I also understand the previous techs might've had appointments the next day or ran over on a job. Hunter replaced our very old furnace a couple years ago and it really took some calculating, as codes had changed and our historic home didn't make it easy on them. The technician from Davis heating and air replaced additional parts the other company didn't even check, and stayed until he got my unit running perfect and at a price that was a little less than my quote due to their honesty about needing less refrigerant than was initially quoted. Then Alex Smith helped me with scheduling and answered all my questions about the install. Braxton and John came out and did an excellent job on the install. They were as nice and polite and professional as you could ask for. They were beyond efficient and even finished a little earlier than I expected. They explained everything I asked about as they went and showed me how everything worked and cleaned up everything, leaving it actually a little cleaner than they found it. Now after 2 weeks of sweltering in my house, I'm finally sitting pretty in the cool air. I could not be happier with All Year Cooling and the people they have running the show there. They came to look at the problem twice and seemed to be fixing the leak but never the source of the issue. Our basement became a puddle of standing water, not just around the heater but it leaked to all other parts of our basement ruining things that were stored down there. At this point we had an extremely hard time getting them to come back out. Every day they would say they were coming, not show up, promise to come tomorrow, but tomorrow never came. They handled the situation with negligence. Ultimately we had an alternative company come and fix it for us. They pointed out some other issues that this company neglected including cutting a wire that was a safety for potential floods. Unfortunately airflo is not worth your time. He did not make us feel like valued costumers and his carelessness led us to a whirlwind of issues.

The woman I spoke with was very unprofessional but let me know someone would be by end of day. After 5 pm I called twice and finally someone answered and then she proceeded to let me know she must have forgotten to call me back to let me know no one could make it out until the next day. The next day rolls around and I had to call to ask when someone would be coming by she told me the tech had just gotten up and would be by soon. Upon arrival the tech barely spoke to me and then went to leave without even explaining anything so I asked what was going on. They called me right after he left saying they could not find the blower motor that it would have to be ordered and wouldn't be there until Tuesday. I literally called a part shop here in downtown and picked one up an hour later. After deciding not to go with them they called me back a couple hours later saying they somehow miraculously found a blower motor but to fix it that day it would be $100 more than Tuesday how this makes any sense I have no idea when it was still within business hours. Now they want me to pay them $70 for coming out and diagnosing it. Honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Sad part is they were recommended to me by my normal HVAC guy.
