Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.

After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. They are a bit on the more pricey side, I paid $110 to get my Kia towed about 4 minutes away, but I think it's just a flat fee, not by the mile or distance. So if you're trying to get your vehicle across town it's a dang good price. The driver was super nice and offered to let me pay over the phone but we didn't have the same payment app, so I ended up sending someone to get cash to give to them. The reviews for that business was 4.5 stars. Well needless to say this supposedly reputable business turned out to be nothing more than the usual auto repair hustlers. They wanted to charge more than a dealership to repair the car. When I called them out on it, of course the hustlers came up with we have to take the motor out to replace a starter. I even offered to pay them what the dealership had quoted me. They declined the offer. I then contacted Pickups Plus and spoke to Blake. I told him the situation with the car, told him I was out of state and needed a quote to replace the starter. Blake's quote came back $100 under the dealership and $155 under the hustlers. I had the car picked up from Sevcik's Service Center 2200 Longmire Drive College Station, TX 77845 and towed to Pickups Plus. Blake had my daughters car up and running a few hours later. Thanks Blake for your honesty and professional service. By the way the hustlers at Sevcik's called back and said the quote contained an error and they would do the work for the same price as the dealership. Yea right
