Villafranca's initially turned our truck over to us on June 25, 2021 but there were so many things wrong with it we returned to their shop and talked to Tony. He promised to fix everything on our list and it would be done in a few days, a week at the most - well, that turned into 4 weeks! I honestly think they took on a job that was too big for them but instead of being honest with us and telling us in the beginning; they took our $7,000.00 and proceeded to try and fix it themselves. Each deadline turned into another week and another and another... My husband and I finally went and picked up our truck which was still parked in their shop, neither Tony nor Joe were around that day. Our truck still needs much needed repairs and now we have to go elsewhere and spend even more money to fix what they could not. And they try to double bill your insurance, by storing it at their facility. Never again with them. They go by two names JP Towing and US Auto Sales (when you pay for your bill). They don't listen to the customer when you tell them you don't want them to take the car to their storage facility/business. They try to make you believe the car is totaled so they can take it and store it at their facility to accrue storage fees. Most horrible experience in my life, in a very long time. Totally took advantage of a situation by outrageously overcharging. Basically took my car hostage and didn't seem to have a say in the matter as far as they were concerned.

I told them that's why I was calling. To settle my tow bill before I had it picked up. They charged me $200 for towing and $85 to pay another mechanic to hook my car up to a machine, without warning. When I reminded them what I said, and that I'd be happy to pay the tow bill, all hell broke loose (I assume because this is an everyday occurrence for these piece of shit people). This is when the cussing, yelling, banging fists and hanging up on me occurred. I would call back and they would not answer. And when they did answer, I was put on speakerphone for the entire office to overhear my private conversation. I kept my calm- and would call back saying' "hi! I think we got disconnected!" They didn't pick up on my facetiousness, clearly, because they would laugh and say "nope! He didn't care what you had to say, he hung up on you." A manager is given that right?
