Then proceeded to re-explain and change rules/days of reservation even though we had already talked about everything and things weren't explained prior to this and then added on extra fees for delivery and pick-up? Even though this wasn't explained prior to me receiving an "invoice". Even after the ridiculous fees and rule/day changes, I re-explained, now the 5th time what I need to Francesca and asked about the additional charge we never discussed. The email I received after that was not an explanation, but them now telling me they no longer have inventory and will keep me updated. If Francesca would have sent me the invoice on January 9th, like she explained she would, the carts availability wouldn't have ran out. If someone would have gotten back to me when I first inquired on January 6th, the availability wouldn't have ran out. Do not waste your time with a company that doesn't take their customers seriously and is extremely unprofessional.
