It was great !! I thought I had BIG ISSUES with my golf cart. It won't start and I had fully charged batteries. They came that day I called and pick up my cart. Next day I got a phone call and I was informed my cart is running all over the parking lot!!!! First rule when this happens to you check your cart to see if you put your cart in to DRIVE!!!! Gave me a quick tune up and I was ready to pickup. They could have made up issues and charged me for work I didn't need. You can trust them!! read more

Friendly and outstanding service! One of my tires on my golf cart went flat. I called the office to see if they offered mobile service. I spoke with Jackie and she advised they did not offered mobile service but suggested I could take the tire off and drop it off for repair or replacement. I did as she suggested and brought the tire in. When I walked into the office I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by Jackie. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They were able to repair my tire at a very reasonable price. My tire was repaired within 24hr. When I went to pick my tire up, I was help by another nice lady who provided the same outstanding service as Jackie. A big THANK YOU to both of these ladies. 2 stars because first time they serviced my cart, was awesome, although the problem kept occuring after. second time I believe they replaced the batteries, batteries that were two years old. They never notified me that they were changing the batteries. They just said the was ready and will bring it back, and I was thoroughly disappointed. Those batteries were two years old. There was nothing wrong with them I know it because a load test on all of them and when I called to and yet the problem still existed the third they finally found it. It was the actuator I called numerous times trying to get offered some kind of restitution for my expenses that I had to buy brand new batteries when there was nothing wrong with the six batteries that they took out and Fred was livid adamant that they called me and told me that they were replacing the batteries and I know damn no one called me and they took the batteries out and replaced them and I'm still very irritated about it read more

Pushing 80, a vet, My golf car brake pedal support went south. Went to their shop, explained the trouble, They picked up my cart, repaired it, then DELIVERED it - Parts/labor $230.00. Great service, fair price... 'nuff said. read more

These guys are great! They have saved me so much time and money. My charger wouldn't work so I loaded it up in the trunk of my car and they tested it for me while I waited about 5 minutes. They said it was good. He told me to try and press the reset button and so I did on the charger and on the golf cart motor. It's working! yeah. Thank you! Can't say enough great things about this shop! We purchased a golf cart body several years ago and after being at another shop for weeks they couldn't get it running. Recently I took in my 70's Taylor Dunn T Bird Golf Cart to D & T Golf Carts Sales and Service, because I couldn't find reliable information on wiring due to it's age. I had purchased it with NO batteries, so I didn't have a clue on how the new ones should be wired. Fred came out from the shop and he told me that he remembered the Cart and had built it for a customer years ago, and so he seemed to know everything about it and Most Other Vintage Carts. He and his staff had it wired and running in short order. Fred also printed a schematic for that models wiring, which I think was above and beyond. Since he seemed to know a lot about older carts, I told him I also had a Older Cushman Golfster Golf Cart that needed some similar service. He said to bring it in when I was ready and he seemed confident that he'd get it back on the road as well. Their prices for parts and repair services seem reasonable as well as having a very helpful staff. If I ever am looking for a Newer Cart I would definitely go back to D & T, because they are honest and know their Carts. I won't go anywhere else for my golf cart needs! Fred is awesome! read more

I forgot to ad that they do full customizations. I was able to get rims, a radio, 4 sears, a street legal package and lift kit! Great place the mechanic Fred literally can do anything to a golf car. read more
