We had a short in the cart somewhere. we paid for pickup, evaluation and repair - over $1,700. the cart came back and on the first run with the grandkids, we could smell wires burning. I texted company, no reply. But they always pick up the phone. I was told the 90 day warranty was over (it's mot) and that labor is not warrantied. They cannot do an onsite evaluation, I have to pay for a new pickup and a new evaluation. Not going to do it. I'll find another supplier. Moral of the story - always test things when they come back. Trust is worthless.

This last week, after an oops which created a 2-3 inch crack in my body at the rear wheel well. I had them replace the entire rear body. And while I was at it, a 4" lift kit for the suspension, installation of a 2" hitch. And to top it off, I had them replace the analog "State of Charge Meter" with E-Z-Go's new "IntelliGuage." By the end of the second day, I had my cart back looking brand new in every way. Previously I have had a privacy key ignition installed for security.
