I think I had the owner working on me which was fine, except she got distracted a lot by answering the phone and helping other people. But I wasn't in a hurry. After using tools on me, I saw her wash and sanitize them right away, which is great! I was hoping for a bit more of a massage on my feet, it seemed the people next to me got great massages, but a bunch of people came in at that time and I think I got hurried a bit. Not bad though. Customer service was good, she asked me some questions that I could elaborate on if I was feeling chatty (which I wasn't) so then mostly just worked. Their booking website and a few of their employee bios say otherwise. I'm really glad my friend and I didn't book for that day and show up expecting to have our toes done. I might try this place out for other services sometime, but really disappointed they don't offer this service.

I originally had acrylic on and needed that removed for my job. The lady doing my nails barely removed the acrylic and started applying polish right away. It was thick, clumpy, and streaky all over. My mothers polish was bubbly and streaky all over as well, and her lady cut her. Who lets someone leave with their nails looking like this? We even tipped well before our polish was on. Big mistake!
