This, in my opinion, is ambulance chasing behavior and reflects badly upon the Mary Gilbert Group, which seems to have a fine reputation in town. Based on that experience alone, I chose a different real estate agent to sell my home. In my opinion, this unprofessional smug real agent is the worst kind of person you'd ever want representing you in a real estate transaction. I chose not to work with him, told him I didn't like his solicitation tactics and so he decides to get revenge by talking down the property he didn't get to represent. He appears to be actively doing what he can to devalue my property in the eyes of any potential buyer, pointing out every flaw he sees. In my opinion, this is a very bad guy, who cannot be trusted to act in a professional real estate capacity.
