I called to tell him I didn't appreciate that tactic and would like him to not be soliciting for business in that manner or coming onto my property uninvited. He smugly tells me, "oh...so sorry if that makes you feel uncomfortable." This, in my opinion, is ambulance chasing behavior and reflects badly upon the Mary Gilbert Group, which seems to have a fine reputation in town. Based on that experience alone, I chose a different real estate agent to sell my home. In my opinion, this unprofessional smug real agent is the worst kind of person you'd ever want representing you in a real estate transaction. I chose not to work with him, told him I didn't like his solicitation tactics and so he decides to get revenge by talking down the property he didn't get to represent. He appears to be actively doing what he can to devalue my property in the eyes of any potential buyer, pointing out every flaw he sees. In my opinion, this is a very bad guy, who cannot be trusted to act in a professional real estate capacity.

She is a great seasoned relator (especially for us), as we were first time homebuyers. She not only put us on her e-mail list for new homes that met our criteria, but she would contact us prior to a home being placed on the market, when she knew it was a great fit. D'Ann was very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all did her research prior to showing us a home, which I appreciated. She knew about the schools, neighborhood, crime rates, and even the prices of comparable homes in the area, which worked well in the negotiation process. She knew how to keep the transaction moving and was very aware of timeframes in order to make the loan closing a success. I would highly recommend anyone to D'Ann Caylor if you are searching for a new home. She had genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision.
