It continues to present regular art exhibitions, but also offers all sorts of intimate musical events, fashion, lectures, poetry, book launches, and use as a charming event space. The building dates to the 1890s and has served many functions including a flower shop, a yoga studio, the first location of Denver Free University, and a photography studio. It's conveniently located in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood. Parking can be a little tricky, but there is usually a spot to find within a block or two and if you've got parking karma--right in front. I'd call the art that Leon presents eclectic. Some of it I like, some I hate, but it's always thought-provoking and occasionally inspiring. Leon tries to find emerging and underrepresented artists, but also provides a space for established artists to experiment in a way that's difficult at more commercial galleries. Leon's motto is, "Outliers Change the World," and long-time director, Eric Nord, strives to do that. Leon is an interesting part of the Denver arts scene and is worth many visits.

The location makes it an excellent stop after dinner and a day around town or before a night out at the local pubs. Walking in, you'll find a cozy gallery perfectly suited for smaller exhibitions. It's small size affords good, friendly communication between the patrons and allows for conversation with the artists. The brick walls are an idyllic backdrop for the different works of art rotating through. While it's slated as a venue for emerging artists, some are already well on their way. This venue has a great location, brings in quality local works of art, and will make for a fun evening out.

Each artist rents a section of wall space and has autonomy in selecting which pieces to display. The gallery owner provides professional management for the overall facility. The space was run under the name, "Grace Gallery Fine Art," since 2007, but in recent years (2005/2006) the owner became ill and could no longer provide management. Things went into limbo until one of the long-time exhibitors and studio tenants, Rich Guarneros (Richard Raul Photography), stepped up to purchase the business and sign a new lease on April 1, 2026. The gallery has been renamed, but is pretty much humming along as in the past, although Rich has added over ten new artists and has built additional exhibit space. One unique feature of the gallery is the beautiful patio to the south which is a quiet place to rest, occasionally hosts a musical performance, and displays sculptures and other outdoor works. The main gallery spaces host about 30 artists showing paintings of all sorts, photography, handcrafted jewelry, raku, pottery, works in wood, metal, and bronze plus basketry and fiber arts. Many styles and techniques are represented in a fairly wide price range. NEO Art Studios on the second floor has been run for 26 years by Chris Schrank and features studio and exhibit space for himself, Rich Guarneros, and three other artists. This is an interesting, unique gallery in which to see a wide variety of Colorado art. Don't miss the basement and don't forget NEO Art Studios upstairs.

Brass sculptures, mixed media, abstract art, art inspired by Cubism. They also have jewelry. I am sad to see from the previous review that there is a basement that I totally missed. Another stop in the Santa Fe art district that could be part of a whole day adventure.

The art is astounding and the gallery feels like a fun maze that goes on forever, always with something new to explore. The basement is one of my favorites because you would never know it was there. The gallery is one component of EASEL (Englewood Art Studios, Events, Lessons) which is housed on the second floor of an historic building in downtown Englewood. The only downside is that access is a bit difficult. There's a steep staircase of 20 steps in front and an even steeper fire escape off the exterior balcony in the rear. There are three large exhibition spaces. One houses continuing exhibits by the 18 member artists, the other two rotating shows of various types. Nicole focuses on Colorado artists. She has an excellent eye and the work shown continues to be of high quality. There are usually a variety of media including painting (particularly encaustic), printmaking, clay, wood, metal, jewelry, and decorative items. Pricing is in the lower midrange for original work. This is an excellent spot to start or to enhance a collection of quality local art. Nicole is charming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Don't miss this spot if you're visiting Englewood. It's even worth a special trip.

Denise Demby is an accomplished abstract painter and sculptor. This space was originally opened to…read morefocus on her day job at the time, a kitchen and bath design showroom, with space for her studio and a display of her art. The art became more and more of a focus over the years until the design showroom finally went away and this became 931 Gallery, showing Denise's art full-time. This has changed again over the years as Denise began showing work by other artists. Eventually she developed a co-op/collective with a group of a half-dozen like-minded artists plus some associate members. The rotating shows are generally of high-quality, well-curated, and definitely worth a visit. There's a limited amount of true abstract expressionism shown around town (outside of the Clyfford Still Museum) and this is a good place to see it. Denise has accomplished a lot with her single-minded devotion to art.

The NKollectiv gallery has been humming along in its new home for quite some time now--using all three of the gallery spaces plus the long hallway quite effectively. I believe all of the studio spaces have been allocated and various workshops and classes have been conducted. A nice, light-filled workshop space is available for up to a dozen people. Nicole also offers open studio time to the public on an hourly basis. The spaces can be rented for events. A fully-equipped kitchen is available. EASEL has created a critical mass of arts-oriented businesses in Englewood. Nicole has been one of the forces behind Second Saturday Englewood. A dozen or more of the 40 art businesses, studios, and restaurants in the area offer extended hours and special events on the second Saturday of each month. The City's free BERT shuttle bus has a special route connecting these locations.

Kelly Austin-Rolo is a contemporary, abstract artist who works primarily in encaustic with a focus…read moreon landscapes. She has maintained a studio in the 910 Arts complex for many years, but has now converted the space to a gallery with a grand opening on May 15, 2026. Go through the south door of the 910 Arts building and up the south staircase by the coffee shop. You will find the gallery in Unit 10 at the top of the stairs. Alternatively, you can use the north door and/or north staircase to get upstairs, then take the walkway to the south side of the building. The gallery is small, but bright, with two windows facing west and a large entrance with light from a huge skylight over the stairwell. The inaugural show, "Points of View: Ideas in Conversation," presents complimentary, abstract work from 15 established artists, including Kelly. The 910 Arts building is full of artists' studios, other galleries, and a very nice coffee shop. Rolo Gallery is a great addition to the complex.
