So not only will you have a fraudulent appointments on top of that you'll get charged double the usual copay. All she needed to do was apologize and own up to her mistake. If at any moment she would have said I'm making this an appointment I would have immediately hung up and wasted my time at an urgent care. It's embarrassing as a nurse to know this is how a nurse practitioner chose to behave and treat patients. Find yourself a provider that wants to help you cause it's not her. Due to standing up for myself as O'Donnell encouraged me to do so, Sarah kicked me out. This was after being told several times they would talk and that Sarah would reach out to me. I've since found a new place that isn't ran by a shady person. Immediately I noticed a huge lump forming on the left side of my upper lip. It is a clear bubble filled of Juvederm (cyst) which is caused by improper injection. I came back twice to have her dissolve it but the cyst is still there after a whole month!!!
