Rust. Pools: The individual member is not at all considered. It's all about groups that rent out the pools. Pools should have more hours for individual members. For those who work day jobs, very limited times to swim. Deming hardly available. Lap pool only available evenings when working only around swim practices. Martin pool is the only option in the evening but family pool time, so single adults have to exercise in between kids playing. Martin pool for the kids would be really fun but the slide and water buckets and floating path are pretty much always closed. The whirpool has hairballs constantly and does not ever look clean anymore. Stopped using altogether. Lifeguards are mostly antisocial. Do not even make eye contact with people. Exceptions of course but this is the norm. Ambler is a much better option, but farther away. I am writing this review because feedback to the staff has gone nowhere. I have spoken to several regular members who feel the same way. Unfortunate.

So this is a rating on just this one. First of all the complex needs more parking. There were event's taking place in all three venues and it was almost impossible to find a space. There was limited seating in the building for spectators. It consisted of one small bench, which means that you had to stand throughout the game. I realize that this is ice hockey, but the room was very cold. On a positive note, the ice looks like it was well maintained, with the maintenance people cleaning up the ice between games. Not to mention, one of the cages has hitters Trax so you can actually see exit velocity, spin and distance during your hitting session. I worked with Scott and man was my confidence restored. After one 30 min session I felt like if was hitting the ball with confidence again. He showed me things I was doing right and not so right .
