We've recently called on D.D.'s Cleaning Service for two extremely challenging jobs. The first involved cleaning residual pet dander after a long-term renter (with cats) moved out of our house that we were moving back into. A member of my family is allergic to cats and we needed a deep cleaning of the house to mitigate her symptoms. The second job occurred after we replaced the old saltillo tile floor with new porcelain tile throughout the house. The renovation crew used 3 jackhammers and a heavy duty grinder to remove the old tiles and thinset, creating an enormous amount of very fine dust which got onto (and into) everything! D.D.'s Cleaning Service completed both deep cleanings to a level above and beyond our highest expectations. Dee is exceptionally professional, with quick response time and excellent customer service. Her whole team is courteous, hard-working, and efficient. Dust and dirt stand no chance! Walls, blinds, ceiling fans, surfaces, and all those hard to reach places are rejuvenated remarkably. I was looking for a local, independent cleaning company to support. I reached out to Real Estate Agent friends for recommendations for a post-pandemic DEEP clean - as I was hosting overnight guests over the Thanksgiving holiday - my first guests in almost two years and D.D.'s Cleaning Service came highly recommended. (760-880-0571) The Owner of the company came to my home to discuss details. Within 20 minutes, we became fast friends. The Owner crunched some numbers and came back to me with a quote. It was about $100 more than I had anticipated but I chose to accept the terms because I really wanted to support this Owner & the Company. They were able to squeeze me in before my guests arrived. On the morning of my service, the Owner confirmed our start time and I asked if they were going to be accompanying their crew. The Owner replied that they were planning on setting up the crew, maybe help out for a while and return for the final walkthrough. The Owner ended up working alongside the crew of two for the entire job! The crew of two was lovely and really worked their fingers to the bone. I was very impressed and came to feel like my money was well spent. My floors were glorious & the details (down to the baseboards & interior doors) were the cleanest they've ever been. I cannot recommend D.D.'s Cleaning Service highly enough. I am hoping that they will be able to find the time to regularly maintain their superb job.
