I've been using this cleaning service every other week for a full year, and I can honestly say they are the best cleaning team I've ever had. Two wonderful ladies come to my home, and they are consistently reliable, trustworthy, and incredibly thorough. The owner, Dee, is professional, upfront about pricing, and very clear about what's included. She runs her business with integrity, and it shows in the quality of her team. Every visit, my home looks spotless -- and they always add the sweetest touches, like little flowers made from tissue, toilet paper, or paper towels. It's such a thoughtful detail and truly brightens my day. They go above and beyond every single time. They're well‑groomed, pleasant, respectful, and take real pride in their work. I feel lucky to have found them, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

Best cleaning service in Coachella Valley! Don't look any further. I have used other services before I tried D.D. 's Cleaning Services and I have now used them multiple times. Excellent customer service and response to calls and requests. My condo was cleaned thoroughly and well prepared for incoming Airbnb guests. Recently they cleaned my windows and were able to remove some old calcium spots. Her carpet cleaner also took great care of the high traffic areas and brought my carpets back to life! Fair prices as well. I will continue to use her services again and again. I highly recommend them! read more

Dee and her team are awesome. We are using their services for an AirBNB we have in Palm Desert. Reliable, TRUSTWORTHY, and fair prices. Not to mention a wide variety of services, if needed, outside the scope of just cleaning. Dee also has a vast network of reliable painters, electricians, plumbers and handymen. So glad we were referred to her through a friend also hosting and AirBNB nearby. Highly recommend Dee and her team without hesitation. read more

DD's cleaning service saved my Airbnb! I needed an emergency cleaning service right before a music festival and was recommended DD's cleaning by another vacation rental owner. Dee and her crew bailed me out, and cleaned my Airbnb Beautifully! They have been my cleaners for my Airbnb ever since! The attention to detail of their staff is amazing! Plus the value is very good as their rates are competitive. Dee also has a list of vendors to use if you are an out of town Airbnb owner for the odds and ends you need taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this cleaning company! read more

Man oh man, I am SO happy I put faith into D.D.'s Cleaning Service! I rent my home as a vacation rental in Palm Springs, and I've been burned with independent house cleaners in the past. So I was a bit jaded when I started calling around, looking for a new cleaner to keep my 5 star rating a float. Most companies only wanted square footage when quoting, also I had the impression they would do a broad, "this is how WE clean" standard- this lovely lady came to my home, asked very detailed, thoughtful questions and gave me an extremely fair rate. I've used her several times and her employees consistently make my place sparkling, while being aware of the turnaround between rentals. I am so glad D.D.'s service removed a major stressful component of running my business. Would highly recommend to anyone in the PS area! read more

very happy with my first cleaning! I needed help having my home cleaned before my second child was born. It was an easy process, D came by to quote first. The team cleaned my place and once they were finished we did a walk thru. Lots of attention to detail - cleaning fans, baseboards, and even my leather couch - and all within my budget. so very thankful to bring my baby home to a clean environment :) read more

Hands down amazing! We tried multiple companies and Dee and her team are by far the best. We are clean freaks and knew it was going to be a challenge to find the right cleaning crew. She listened intently to our requests and she came thru. We own a vacation rental in PS that we also use as a second home. Having a clean home is priority number one for renting and keeping our 5 star status...and fortunately we've been able to maintain this status because of Dee and her team. Communication is on point and she's always available! Highly recommended! read more

This was the best cleaning service we have ever had! They were a great team who worked so hard, down to the smallest detail. They even folded the toilet paper and kleenex into a cute design! And scrubbed our grill. You can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I started using DDs Cleaning Service for a home I bought in the desert. I rent the home out as a short term vacation rental and need to have it cleaned between guests. She is very thorough and reasonable. Now, we have CDC cleaning guidelines to follow. My guests just mentioned how clean the whole home was when they checked in. I have made some additional requests to accommodate my guests and Dee has made every effort to make it happen. I would recommend her service for all your cleaning needs read more

D.D.'s Cleaning Service did an amazing job. Dee and her crew were on time and make everything clean within the promised time. Dee walked me trough everything and double-checked to make sure everything is cleaned and spotless. Very easy to contact and communicate. Looking forward to working with them again! read more

We've recently called on D.D.'s Cleaning Service for two extremely challenging jobs. The first involved cleaning residual pet dander after a long-term renter (with cats) moved out of our house that we were moving back into. A member of my family is allergic to cats and we needed a deep cleaning of the house to mitigate her symptoms. The second job occurred after we replaced the old saltillo tile floor with new porcelain tile throughout the house. The renovation crew used 3 jackhammers and a heavy duty grinder to remove the old tiles and thinset, creating an enormous amount of very fine dust which got onto (and into) everything! D.D.'s Cleaning Service completed both deep cleanings to a level above and beyond our highest expectations. Dee is exceptionally professional, with quick response time and excellent customer service. Her whole team is courteous, hard-working, and efficient. Dust and dirt stand no chance! Walls, blinds, ceiling fans, surfaces, and all those hard to reach places are rejuvenated remarkably. Dee takes the time to do a complete walk-through assessment, and listens very carefully to the customer to ensure that all tasks are fulfilled. We will go to no other team in the future but D.D.'s Cleaning Service, and will trust them for our future, scheduled cleanings. 100% recommended! read more

Incredibly rude and completely damaged my property. Would not respond to disputes about damages. Will be taking them to small claims shortly if need be. read more

They did a WONDERFUL job with my home. Dee did a walk through of my home prior to the cleaning to make sure everything I wanted was on the list. Gave me a very fair price as well and just went above and beyond to make my house look brand new! I will be using them in the future. read more

D.D's did a deep clean before we moved into our new house. They did an amazing job, cleaned everything extremely well. They also sent pictures of issues them encountered letting us know so we would be able to deal with them when we arrived. I highly recommend this cleaning service and will definitely being using them again. read more

I was looking for a local, independent cleaning company to support. I reached out to Real Estate Agent friends for recommendations for a post-pandemic DEEP clean - as I was hosting overnight guests over the Thanksgiving holiday - my first guests in almost two years and D.D.'s Cleaning Service came highly recommended. (760-880-0571) The Owner of the company came to my home to discuss details. Within 20 minutes, we became fast friends. The Owner crunched some numbers and came back to me with a quote. It was about $100 more than I had anticipated but I chose to accept the terms because I really wanted to support this Owner & the Company. They were able to squeeze me in before my guests arrived. On the morning of my service, the Owner confirmed our start time and I asked if they were going to be accompanying their crew. The Owner replied that they were planning on setting up the crew, maybe help out for a while and return for the final walkthrough. The Owner ended up working alongside the crew of two for the entire job! The crew of two was lovely and really worked their fingers to the bone. I was very impressed and came to feel like my money was well spent. My floors were glorious & the details (down to the baseboards & interior doors) were the cleanest they've ever been. I cannot recommend D.D.'s Cleaning Service highly enough. I am hoping that they will be able to find the time to regularly maintain their superb job. D.D.'s Cleaning Service will always be welcome in my home and I cannot thank them enough. read more

I am an Airbnb Superhost and as such I am very demanding in my need for a good cleaning service. My guests expect it and my livelihood depends on it. I hired DDs Cleaning after my long time cleaning service quit. And now I'm so glad they did! I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Dee and her crew. They just finished their first service for me and I couldn't be happier. Not only are they thorough but the attention to detail is quite amazing. Touches like paper towel roses and toilet paper origami are just the sort of thing that my guests will love. I was anxious to suddenly start with a new company and right at the beginning of our busy season, but I can rest easy now knowing that Dee is on the job. She listened to me and gave me a fair price that works for both of us. She is very professional and I'm looking forward to working with her from now on. read more

I recently moved to Palm Springs and began my search for a cleaning service for my 3 bed, 4 bath home. Thought it was going to take me a while to find the "right" service. DD's was my first and last call. Her team arrived on time and did an absolutely wonderful job on my home. Whatever products they used, my house smelled lovely when they left. I smiled at the little finishing touches, like paper roses on my toilet paper rolls and paper towel roll. I am completely satisfied with this service and highly recommend them. read more

Reliable, thorough and trustworthy. I've been using this service for almost two years, and I've never been disappointed. Dee is professional and courteous, always! I love coming home on the days she cleans because it makes me feel amazing! read more

I found Dee on Craigslist and chose her among a few others because she took the time to explain why it was important for her to do a walk-through before quoting me on a price. When others wanted to charge me more, she charged me a fair price for a big job needed at my apartment. When I walked in after her cleaning it smelled wonderful and it really was CLEAN. I won't call anyone else now, she is very professional and does the job right! Thank you, Dee! read more

I needed a deep cleaning for a 3 bedroom house just before Christmas. I contacted several companies with excellent reviews on Yelp. Dee of D.D. Cleaning was the only one who asked for more information. She met me the next day and walked through the job and gave me a comprehensive quote within hours. She was able to schedule the job at a time convenient for me. She and her crew arrived on time and did an excellent job, exceeding my expectations. The charge for their service was a great value for the services provided. The entire experience was not only pleasant and professional, but her ladies were very respectful and hardworking. I will use this company every time I need professional cleaning. read more

Excellent service!!! For the very first time, I finally found a cleaning company I can trust completely with my vacation rental here in the desert. Very impressive!!! The crew is always on time to every job. I have been extremely pleased with the level of professionalism. D.D.'s provides nice uniform shirts for the girls so their appearance is impeccable. Also, the fact that they communicate effectively in English was very helpful. My property is always sparkling clean and I have been amazed every time with attention to detail... well worth every penny and I would never consider any other cleaning service!!! read more

Are there more stars??? What can I say about D.D.'s cleaning service except WOW! You know that feeling when you know you've found the right person to do the exact job you want for life and then they exceed those expectations? I FOUND THEM! I first found D.D. through yelp among a few other shining stars and contacted them. D.D. was quick to respond and explained to me the importance of a walk through so she can understand all my needs, expectations, and so she could give me the best price estimate. She was able to meet me that same day and pointed out things that I didn't even consider. D.D.'s cleaning service gave me the best quoted price I could have asked for, her cleaning crew was very professional, experienced, quick, reliable, flexible, and most importantly...did a FANTASTIC job every time! I would say that D.D.'s cleaning service has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my vacation rental property always looked better than advertised. Renters even compliment the attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. Because of D.D.'s service I am able to run my operation smoothly and with the best cleaning service in the area and beyond! read more

Used Dee a while back and was satisfied with her service. Incomplete cleaning of condo in Indio after renter has left, trash still on ground, dirt had been tracked in and left. Footprints left uncleaned. Very disappointed that Dee's service has gone downhill from then, would recommend finding another provider. read more
