This review is long overdue. We first met Vidal through a referral and she helped design both our…read morehomes (her designs are great and even years later, we continue getting compliments on how our Airbnb is styled). We have been using Vidal's cleaning services for several years already, ever since launching our Airbnbs. She and her team have continuously proven themselves reliable, efficient, and have really looked after our vacation rentals. Vidal's always been transparent with us as well, and we appreciate her strong communication skills. Maids to Clean offers very good pricing for the value, well worth it for the quality of cleans. They let us know when we're running low on supplies and they really go the extra mile noticing the details, which we appreciate. I really like that they offer special services like deep cleans as well as refresh options on top of their regular cleaning for good pricing. Her team manages a number of Airbnbs in the area, so I'm always impressed by how quickly they can turnover our homes in time for guests to arrive, even during busy tournament/festival times. I highly recommend this team to those looking for reliable cleaners.

They're super reliable, easy to work with, and always go the extra mile to make sure our homes are not just clean, but also well taken care of. They pay attention to the little things, and it really shows -- our places always look great for guests and we've had way fewer issues with damage since they've been on the job. It's such a relief to have a cleaning team we can trust. If you're looking for a crew that cares as much as you do, these are your people!

I decided to have the open areas cleaned in the interim to make it look a little better. Wow, what a difference. I don't hate it anymore. It almost looks like it could be new. And, it certainly was a lot cheaper and easier to have it cleaned than to replace it. Ames does fantastic work.

Pristine carpet and tile cleaning, I would like to hear from the corporate office as this is a…read morefranchise to my best knowledge. I requested the minimum service. I said I would possibly do the living room and kitchen. The person running The job came in my house looked around and said oh we're gonna do this big floor and we'll do the closet and deodorize it for you and clean it. The closet is clean, but the deodorizing did not work. He gave me a price of 1200 because he said he wanted a tip. I had to give the 10% to get past for final bill. There's examples of pictures where the tiles clean and the grout did not get clean specifically just under my sofa. The sofa was supposed to be moved to slid across the floor and steamed. I don't think it was, the picture are apparent. My baseboard got chewed up in the hallway by one of the machines obviously. There's multiple pictures of where the grout did not get cleaned although they looked like they did it when still wet! I did not stand over them. I was kind enough to bring them pizza and I got a half clean floor for $1500. That's very expensive for a job not well done, most of the floor is clean. I was told they sealed the floor. They showed me no product and three days later after completely dry the floor feels sort of sticky. This person who ran the job said he wanted to barbecue and he would be back to watch football. I made no invitation. I told him from across the room that he was addictive. He told me about his ADHD and alcoholism. This guy had no boundary. At that moment, I knew this would be a huge problem. I stayed away from him, the guy that was the helper did most of the work. They also connected my hose to their truck hose and let it leak all day down the gutter. I talked to the water company, and they said there was a big waste that day that I have to pick up because of the way they inadequately hooked my hose to their truck. In the end I paid a great deal of money for a job poorly done. I am left to paint the baseboards and move my sofa and clean behind it. I feel like I was railroaded and I got a half done job. Please don't hire these people. Here's the photos. There is absolutely no reason for a response from the two men that did this job. I don't wanna hear it from them. Don't call me. Don't text me and don't respond to this. I'm already disgusted and disappointed. There were no favors done for me that day and that's all they could talk about. I was told that they would also clean my vents. Nothing was sealed off and he had me count the air vents in the ceiling. I still can't figure that out and nothing was cleaned in my vents. I was told they were clean. Additional pictures could've been added, but I got tired of looking around the room and finding so much dirty grout. They did a terrible job very disappointing for the money don't use them and if you do expect to pay a double water bill for all the water that will go down your gutter then they complained about my solar panels being dusty. I told them I already had a regular service and I have them done every six months. The guy who ran this job is definitely an addict of some kind pushy inappropriate. The whole day was a nightmare. I'd rather live with dirty grout than have this done again. This guy just wants to take advantage and I guess I was an easy target. That doesn't feel good the way things work in this world it's sick. He showed me a picture of his puppy and a cat. He was an idiot and could barely clean a floor. He sat in his air-conditioned car and watched the other guy finish up and he didn't hook my hose up right when they left. It's so disappointing to see this damage and the dirtiness of the floor still. If there's anything corporate can do to help me out I would listen. This review stands as an honest review. I got terrible service. There are uncleaned areas in the areas that I allowed and the exchange was horribly intimidating and it shouldn't have happened. This review will stand have your corporate contact me.

This was our first time hiring people for house cleaning services. Dorma answered the call quickly…read morevia text and was able to get a team to the house within 3 hours for a deep clean. They cleaned the floors, walls, fans... dusted everything, made the bathrooms look great, and checked in to make sure that if anything wasn't up to par that they could address it while there. We found them helpful and fast, and will hire them again. I feel like the cost is totally worth it. $150 for a regular clean and $300 for a deep clean. The cost varies depending upon the size of the house and what's needed, so those prices were what she quoted us.

I found Dorma's Cleaning Services on Yelp and hired them because of the reviews. There have been…read moresmall problems from the beginning, which I chose to overlook because the work was good: poor response to messages, mixing up days where a cleaning was asked for, some basic cleaning issues, breakage/chipping of several dishes and a living room lamp, etc. No service is perfect, so I decided to manage with the negatives. Today's cleaning was a different story: my home is very neat and sparsely furnished with white walls and light floors, so it needs real cleaning and not tidying up. Dorma knows this, as we discussed it at the beginning. I came home today directly after a cleaning and all of the baseboards and the corners in my 1BR home were still filthy. We live in the desert - and I live in the "wind tunnel" - so it is clear what needs to be done to keep a home clean. She charges $120 to clean a 1BR condo with 3 people (no windows), which takes them about 1:15, so it ends up being around 4 hours of total work. It's a high, but fair, price... if the work lives up to a high standard. When I texted Dorma with photos of the filthy rags - because I had to clean again right after her team left - her response was "we don't do baseboards". No apology, no "we'll do better next time"... just a "it's not our job'" I disagree - it IS their job to clean my house completely. Customers beware: when you use Dorma's Cleaning Service, this is the treatment you get.
