They delivered with worst birthday bouquet ever. I paid 100$ and what they sent was not even a 20$ Walmart bunch of flowers. I ordered a premium 75.00 bouquet. 20$ service fee. Don't use these people or Order thru Ruth's Roses. They are a scam. What's worse is my sister ordered from the same place hers was to be delivered at two which so was mine they were both delivered at 6:30 PM on the day of my mother's birthday she even paid for a balloon her order was to the tune of $109 and she is mad. read more

My mom's funeral was this past Sunday and Monday, after my Aunt had called them directly from Ohio to ensure that her flower order would be delivered on time she placed her order. Not only did it NEVER get delivered, they also billed my Uncle's Cashapp Today (almost a week later) Had My cousin not have messaged me asking if we received them, we would never know and you literally got paid $100 for Nothing! The delivery driver was pleasant enough but the bouquet delivered to me was NOTHING like the stock photo. Grocery store bouquets have more color and bulk than what was delivered. I feel horrible that my significant other spent far more than what the bouquet was worth. Stay away from this business. read more

It was less than 12 inches tall and had NO flowers on one side of the basket. They provided multiple substitutions of lesser value flowers , one being daisies that were already wilted and losing petals. The first pic is what was ordered. As many have stated, just flowers offered a $10 credit on an $80 dollar order. read more

We had a poor experience with a delivery that we paid $90 for a succulent arrangement with 3 balloons for a special birthday. The item was sub-standard but that's not the problem. Upon disco with the owner, he blamed the online company, never showed concern and didn't make an effort to rectify. A good florist would have apologized, made a fabulous arrangement and delivered it! I ordered through for you flowers. The contract out to different florists. I ordered two. One came from The Flower Pot and it was amazing! This was came from D Garden Florists and it was terrible!!!! The flower stems were broken and it had the saddest little group of flowers I'd ever seen. I told them this is what I ordered. I paid $50 and they said the company said they could only pay $30 worth. I argued with them and they said it was my fault. There was a certain "recipe" they were told to use. So I called for you flowers and they said there was no such thing as a recipe. This florist is not capable of following an FTD order and have no customer service skills.They delivered the FTD arrangement a day late and the pink and green arrangement they gave to my very ill aunt who has breast cancer was a red, green and pink disaster and very poorly put together. The lady at the florist tried to argue with me that the roses were dark pink when they were clearly RED! Pink is for breast cancer...my whole reason for buying them. FTD also tried calling the manager and apparently he is never in the shop and is not responding to my complaints or redelivering the proper flowers as FTD has requested of them. TERRIBLE customer service....especially after $100 on an arrangement!!!! read more

I received flowers today....from my son in CA, of course he didn't realize that this florist is quite far from my home so he ordered from them. Not at all impressed....roses are already half opened and mums are almost dead. Horrible floral design and customer service. Ordered a Christmas arrangement via 1800Flowers who used this florist. Arrangement delivered on day requested but arrangement had three Oriental lilies in it that arrived in tight bud form. After four days, two of the three bud had partially opened but the edges were turning brown. The third bud never opened. Contacted 1800Flowers who ordered a replacement arrangement. Three days later, replacement arrangement has not been received. Despite repeated phone calls to 1800 and them contacting this florist, no response has been received by either the recipient, 1800 or myself. My review has nothing to do with 1800 who has been very responsive and worked very well with me. This florist is apparently not concerned with making things right with the customer. read more

My husband ordered me flowers from here for me for my birthday and they were the wrong arrangement and wilted and dead when i got them! He also ordered balloons with them and they didn't send them. He contacted the online website where he ordered them from and they said they would replace them with the exact same one. The lady who called me from the floral shop was so rude and acted as if it were my fault that the flowers were wrong and wilted! Needless to say when they showed up again to replace old ones the new ones were wrong again. The arrangement was not even half the size the other one was!
