I drove ~30 minutes to get my car hand washed here, and let me tell you, it was worth it! The crew did a fantastic job with a lot of attention to detail. I got their Express #2 package. There were around 3 to 4 crew members cleaning my car at the same time, so it was very quick yet very thorough. You can pay by credit card while in line, but I would also bring cash to tip the crew. These guys do amazing work and deserve it. 10/10 highly recommend! read more

This is the absolute best place to get your car washed!! For the value and the care they take in detailing, it cannot be beat! As the name indicates, all car washes are done by hand. When you pull in, you select your wash (the highest price with detailing is only $60!!) and pull into the garage where you sit in the car while three to four people wash it by hand. They do such an amazing job and are quick! Exterior is washed within minutes. If you select any interior detailing package, you then pull to the side lot and wait outside in a little tented area with chairs while they complete the interior work. I typically select the seat package (#8) where the exterior is washed, interior is detailed, and seats are shampood - all for $60 (as of July 2022)!! The service is top notch, fast, and friendly. This is the best car wash I've ever been to, their service is spectacular and they actually HAND WASH your car (after you drive through the machine wash part). They take time to dry your car down, and work hard every day regardless of weather. They'll even spot clean if you have some areas with sap, and if you have tar stuck on your car you can leave your car and have them work on it during the day. The guy who runs the place is super nice and friendly and remembers me even if I don't go for months. I always try to bring some cash because I'm always astounded with their work and want to leave a tip for them, so I recommend you do the same if you visit! I paid just $25 and they did an interior & exterior clean, they took out my car mats and cleaned them all and now my car smells new and clean. Highly recommend D-Hand! read more

Did a great job cleaning my husband's truck. Came on a Sunday a little before 10am because I didn't know they opened at 8, they were packed. I saw they were cleaning at least 5 cars, with a line wrapped around the back and all the way around the gas station. Line moved very quickly, we were out of there by 10:35. (Wait time was a little over 20 minutes, wash was a little over 20. They did a good job. There's still some dust and some dog hair but it's definitely an improvement. For only $32+change, it was definitely worth it for me. Can't wait to bring my car in! Interested in their detailing packages for a deeper clean (shampoo, etc) for next time. They also have a loyalty punch card- your girl loves a good reward program! They were highly recommended to me by a friend who has used their services (and has lots of friends and family who have used them as well). Since the major car wash in Avon has been getting such negative reviews, I looked around to find another that could provide outside and inside the car cleaning at a reasonable price. Wow, did I find one in D-Hand. Even though its two towns away, it was worth it. One tip is to look for the Shell station just north of Denny's on Rte 10, the car wash is in the rear. I paid $29 plus tips (these guys deserve it, they work hard) and my SUV shines like a dime and is clean and spotless inside (at last!). Even though there were a few cars ahead of me, they have a sizeable staff that made the process move quite quickly. A solid five star operation. I will be back. read more

Went and got a hand wash today a D's! They did an amazing job! The service was so quick. I got the #4 (platinum) wash which included the inside as well. About 4-5 workers were working on my car at the same time which made the service in and out super quick! Got recommended to come here by the hubby. This place is definitely worth checking out. Prices are really great for what you get. My car is white and looked like a dirty snowball lol. It looks brand new again and I am super happy! Will be back in the future. After 30 or so washes here, I can thoroughly say each time has been 5-star. Aftermarket wheels covered in brake dust? Don't have the time to be thorough on your own wash? D-hands holds it down like it's their own car they are working on. if you catch a review bomb on here...it's an outlier, entitled reviewer, or yelp robot. The lines are long on the weekends, especially with nice weather, but that just goes to show D-hands is a must use. read more
