I go here because I always get a decent car washing (for automatic) and nothing on my car gets scratched or broken. So, 3-star car wash because that should be expected. The newer staff loses a star because they put little to no effort in the pre-brushing off of the car (and this is for the past couple years now). Sometimes they barely swipe the brush past the vehicle. This is not going to help with dried bird poop. I pay like $15 or $16 for the wash, tip a few bucks to the pre-brush crew, and a few more to the towel-dry guys at the end (who get an extra star), so over $20. I wish it was 5 stars! Great car wash, just sit in your car, and watch it go through the "washing tunnel" from the inside, reliable, very affordable, quick, well stocked and clean facility. Once out of the"tunnel" you do your own drying, then you can use the vacuum hoses provided. One of my favorites car wash places in Waterbury!! read more

Went to the carwash and paid $10 dollars for the self service, no soap came out, and then just plain water. The blower did not operate on the right side, leaving the vehicle wet on that side. A young attended was there and noticed the spray soap did not come out, but said there was nothing he can do. I told him I did not get what I paid for, he again mentioned sorry, have a nice day... I contacted the number for this carwah, left a message on the incident and 3 weeks later have not received a phone call. Caution is warranted if you go there, you will not receive your money back if the carwash fails.... been warned read more

One of my best friends just went there today and the nozzle wouldn't switch from soap to rinse and he couldn't get a refund because it was too cold then was met with hostility by staff then was given the run around... avoid this place and give business to a company who appreciates you not give you hostility this was all recorded and can be seen by searching on youtube for "Car Wash Scam? Do not go here!!! I've been going here most of my life because i live down the road. As i watched the prices go up and up my visits slowed. Finally it was $9.00 from $7 in in a few months. But i paid. When i returned home i walked around the back of my truck there was alot of dirt that did not come off. I went back and asked to eather wash it again or refund my money. I was met buy a very rude manager. He basically told me i was out of luck. He was not going to do eather. Wow. Never treated so bad. read more

First time here. Easy drive-through/auto car wash which appears to have cleaned my car better than any other car wash I've been to before! Staff were super helpful and friendly. Seemed to be lots of activity happening -- people washing/vacuuming their own cars, people taking their cars through the auto wash, people having their vehicles fully detailed. Very impressed. Do not go here! If I could, I would give a negative rating. I had my car washed and part of my mirror came off. When I discovered what happened, I went back into the wash area and it was located. The manager sitting at the desk asked the clerk to give him the part. What followed next was unbelievable. The manager was rude, condescending, smirking and making fun at my expense. He laughed at the model of my car. I wanted nothing more than to get my mirror repaired, and all it took was snapping the part back on. He claimed the reason it happened was that the mirror was dented. When I tried to explain to him that I had been in his wash two previous times, he talked over me. When I asked him why he was having this he had this attitude he started taking pictures of the mirror and I left. The prices keep going up with each visit. Do not waste your time or your energy and give this man one more dollar of your hard earned money. Bullying anyone, especially a senior citizen, is not acceptable. read more

Let me say that Jet Spray Car Wash is the BEST! Louis & his team at Jet Spray go ABOVE & BEYOND making your car look PRISTINE... my car looked BRAND NEW after being a mess for a year. These guys are TRUE Professionals... and their prices are the BEST in the Greater Waterbury area. I cannot recommend Jet Spray enough! Also, let me just say that they are SUPER FRIENDLY & a GREAT bunch of guys. They fit me in last minute & then blew my mind by making my car look INCREDIBLE!!! Excellent car wash! I usually use Splash car washes but I was near this one so tried it - it is better than the best Splash location! My truck is really big and there's usually soap suds left all over it after coming out of the automated wash, but the rinse here was really good and no suds left. They towel dried it afterward, and there were NO residual drips after my drive home. read more

Don't go there!!!!!!!!! I noticed my car came out dirty when I got home. When i went back to have them fix the issue the manager was rude. Told me he wont help me in any way. I grew up down the road and had been washing my car there for years. They also raised the price to $9.00 for a dirty job. I would never return avoid this business. Never been treated so rudely after receiving bad service. Don't know who trained your people but if you alow them to treat clients like that your going to have a hard time.
