I came in to ship my family's Christmas package, and I had no idea that UPS and USPS can't ship travel-size hand sanitizers or body sprays and of course I had those in my box. Alyssa was the first one to let me know, but instead of just sending me away, she immediately offered to help me unpack everything so we could sort it out. She even connected with the night lead, Red who is always a whole vibe every time I come in. (Red and I always joke about our nicknames since she's Red and I'm Blue!) Red stepped in to help me find an alternative way to ship my package, and it actually came out cheaper than my original quote.
