I knew I would have excellent service as soon as I saw her and I was not disappointed! The amazon return was super easy, I had a bar code in my email, she scanned it and the label printed - and that was done. Also received a tracking number to confirm they got the return. Shipping a small package, she entered the information and looked up the best price, which turned out to be USPS. They ship with more than just UPS, which greatly expands your options. I have no pictures from my visit last Friday, but everything that I can recall during my brief visit was pleasant and satisfactory. I had to mail off a defective Joy-Con to Nintendo, and the whole process took maybe 3 minutes at most. There were two female employees: one working the register/computer, and one getting the package ready. The employees did their jobs exactly as expected and made for a flawless experience. If I recall correctly, they handed me a receipt with a tracking number for my shipment. Once this was completed, I was out of the door and on my way. I should also note that the facility was clean and orderly. Social distancing protocols were thoroughly in use with a shield at the front counter as well as hand sanitizer readily available. If I ever need to use UPS again, this will be a facility I remember as a good one. read more

I always get the best service when I come here. They solve all of my problems. One time I had to return items with an USPS label, but it's too far for me to walk there so I think I would just send it back through UPS and pay for it. But surprisingly they can pack and send it for me for only $1.35. How cool is that. Love them. read more
