I came in to ship my family's Christmas package, and I had no idea that UPS and USPS can't ship travel-size hand sanitizers or body sprays and of course I had those in my box. Alyssa was the first one to let me know, but instead of just sending me away, she immediately offered to help me unpack everything so we could sort it out. She even connected with the night lead, Red who is always a whole vibe every time I come in. (Red and I always joke about our nicknames since she's Red and I'm Blue!) Red stepped in to help me find an alternative way to ship my package, and it actually came out cheaper than my original quote. Honestly, the entire night crew made what could've been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. They could've easily told me they couldn't take the package and turned me away, especially during the busy holiday season, but instead they made sure my Christmas gifts would still make it to my family on time. Within a minute, Mr. Mitchell reviewed the issue, thus accomplishing my return. This Youngman is everything an employee interfacing with the public should be and more! I operated a company for over 30 years whereby my employee's public interaction was the heart of our business. I may appear to be just an old man now, but I know customer care and Mr. Quan Mitchell is a leader! I pray UPS values him as an asset! I do!

Plus the store just looked sad and almost barren. Pretty sure I saw a "going out of business" sign a few days later. Kinda sad because I used to find good items here back in the day (2007-2020). Also, this was my go to spot for FedEx drop offs, so I guess I'll have to find a new box.

The first thing that I saw when I walked in was a collapsible cart. I had been thinking of buying one of these to move my records around the house. I collect 78 RPM records, and they are very heavy and very fragile. The cashier noticed me reading the description on the packaging, and commented that she had one during her years to carry her textbook around. I asked her if she knew the inside dimensions because I needed it to be at least 12 inches wide on the inside. she said she didn't know, but she could get a measuring tape. She did. And it was 14 inches wide. she was very friendly, and her very helpful attitude cinched the sale for me. Star associate!

As for the store itself, they have all the typical packaging supplies you could need. So, if you find yourself trying to package something up, just bring it in here and you can find all the stuff you need to make that happen. It is probably a little more than the big name box stores, but shopping for convenience comes with a price some times. It's not unreasonable by any stretch. The amazon return was super easy, I had a bar code in my email, she scanned it and the label printed - and that was done. Also received a tracking number to confirm they got the return. Shipping a small package, she entered the information and looked up the best price, which turned out to be USPS. They ship with more than just UPS, which greatly expands your options. Also noted that they can make copies, business cards, and many other services. So many office needs can be taken care of in one stop, with fast, efficient service too!
