The…read moregentleman I spoke to asked if I had tried to reset it & when I said no, he explained how to do it. I reset the thermostat perhaps his instructions & it appeared to work, until the next day, Saturday, June 21, 2025. I attempted to reset the thermostat on Saturday & ended with the same result. I called them this morning, June 25, 2025, & explained I was still having an issue with the thermostat. Yard heating & cooling sent a technician out & replaced my thermostat. The technician installed a new thermostat & checked to verify the warranty status. He was experienced, thorough, professional & polite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
