Highly recommend Tony and Rob! They are your one stop shop for everything you need!…read more We started with our windows fixed by them. Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!

This in response to Robert asking to have the review removed. I will cite one example and then you can make up your own mind. A major beam in our sun room was screwed in incorrectly by Roberts people. The beam fell from the ceiling hitting another contractor. Thank god the contractor wasn't injured.

Genuinely wanted this to be a 5 star experience. Came in looking for tile for a bathroom remodel…read more The Tile Shop does have an excellent selection of tile, really something for every project. Bob helped us look at tile options and was very attentive and helpful in showing us our options. We settled on a subway tile option for our shower. The sample block made it appear that the tile was all the same size and could form a uniform subway tile appearance when installed which is what we wanted. Bob didn't tell us anything to the contrary regarding how this tile would look when installed. Bob also gave us recommendations for tile installers as The Tile Shop doesn't provide any in-house installation services. He gave us a few names of installers and told us two especially were highly recommended if they were available to take our job. One was, and we felt confident that he had been so highly recommended that we went with him. However, when it came to installing the tile the tile/grout lines were all askew and crooked. The installer told us this was because of the tile we chose. While the edges on the tile weren't 100% straight, this is something we absolutely weren't told when purchasing the tile and not the look we wanted, and honestly a lot of the issue seemed to be rushed installation and lack of attention to detail. We had him take down and redo a section of the shower that was completely un-aligned, and it did look considerably better. But overall still not the look we wanted; however, we didn't have the money to take it all down and pick a different tile and new installer. After asking him to redo the worst portion, anything further we asked he proceeded to make snide comments and call us "picky, picky". We had to have him come back and fix a bunch of air pockets in the grout because he must have grouted when it was still bubbling. There are still several other issues we've noticed since then, and overall we are incredibly disappointed this installer recommendation. So please, please if you work with The Tile Shop ensure the tile you're buying will work with the look you're going for and very throughly vet out any installer recommendations so you have a better experience than we had.

He took my money to purchase the window in September 2025 and admitted 3 months later he has spent the money for personal use. He then ordered the window in February of which It was delivered in March. He said he would install when the weather turns warmer. I have a text chains with all date he scheduled and continued to put off and this date-he does not answer his phone or respond to text. I do not recommend using him for any services. He owes me for the cost to install the window which I paid him. I now have to find someone to install the window. He also told me when I was able to reach him, he was out of the country and when he returns he would setup a date which has now been 2 weeks since he stated he would contact me.

After a week we contacted him and he said he is outside the country and will be back in a week and will get the job done. He lied, he did not show up again. We kept asking him kindly when he was coming to paint our house but he kept making excuses. This unprofessional behavior of him was kept going on from June 3rd until mid-July, at this point, we were done with his excuses, and we knew that he would not come to do the job. So in mid-July, we asked him kindly to return our $2000 that we paid him on June 3rd so we can hire someone more professional. Then finally he said ok he will come and do the power-wash On July 21st,2025 he showed up for literally 15 minutes. Our house is 3220 sq ft. We have him on cameras and our paver contractors were there too as the eyewitnesses. He did not power-wash the entire house. Plus he damaged a pillar and the side wall as well. After all this, we asked him to refund our money. Now he is claiming that he will sue us and will not refund our money because we canceled the project with him and he lost wages??? To begin with, you were supposed to finish the job in the first or second week of June, not the last week of July. I have all your text messages as proof and I'm going to post them here so people can see what a professional contractor you are. You are a thief.
