My comforters were not soaking wet and I only had to put them in the dryer for 20min and they were done! Dryer is .25 per 5 min and their biggest machine is $9- very inexpensive! This place is a GEM! Seems like every time I come there it's a new charge for something just to bleed your customers but recently when I dropped my laundry off to be cleaned, ten pairs of my boxer briefs were taken. Boxers of all things! I work hard to be able to wear higher end boxers and pay for wash and fold service just for my underwear to be stolen. I know they were stolen because the thief was very specific about the ones that were taken. All of my newer pair are gone and the older ones came back to me. Disgusting. Of course no one knows what happened to my things but I do. Beware of this wash and fold if you wear Ethika, PSD or even Fenty underwear. Someone there wants to steal them and wear them after you.
