They were educational in helping us choose which unit our home needed. My biggest takeaway was the professionalism from their service tech. He followed "all the rules", that is normally expected - wearing shoe covers in the house, knocking before entering etc. but he went above and beyond when going outside to make sure the gates stayed closed at all times. I can't tell you how many people are lazy and leave the gates open due to convenience, but without asking, he knew to keep them closed.
