I confirmed through my appointment that I wanted a knotless boho bob, I sent the exact picture and told them the exact color. When I got there they told me they didn't have the color I wanted and I should've texted the color I wanted beforehand WHICH I DID!!! I was still graceful and just did the 1B. The hairstyle looks nothing like the picture. I gave it two days to grow on me and the more I look at it, the more pissed off I get. I sent them a message asking if they can fix it, at least help me cut some of the curls out because it came out so big, you can't even see the braids. I received no response. I messaged again this morning, even said I'll pursue a refund if I don't get a response and still nothing. I'm so upset because I never had something like this happen and I'm always so nice and graceful. But being overcharged for low quality hair and not even willing to fix it, is ridiculous. They're so unprofessional and this place needs to be shut down. When you book an appointment they're quick to respond and take your money but when you have a problem all of a sudden they can't respond. I'm so upset about this.

She didn't accepted any deposit which seemed to me a little weird but since someone recommended her I was ok with that. Two days before the event I texted her the address and never replied back until 30 minutes before the appointment the same day of the event. (Not even herself texted but her ex). Luckily for me I could find someone very nice the night before the event. But, please think twice before doing business with this totally unprofessional person who commits to do the make up to 4 people for such an important event (she even told me that all events were important to her)... who never showed up and didn't even have the courtesy of canceling at least 24 hours before the appointment.
