I arrived at 11:00 a.m., when the salon was still practically empty, and initially everything seemed fine. I was assigned a technician for my pedicure, and the service began normally. While I was getting my pedicure, the salon gradually started to fill up. However, once my service was finished, I was left sitting in the chair while the technician began working on another client. When I raised my concern, I was told that the other client had an appointment. I understand and respect scheduled appointments, but my question is simple: if the technician had a prior appointment, why was I assigned to her in the first place? It is also worth mentioning that the client with the appointment arrived only a few minutes after I did, while my service was already in progress. Additionally, since the salon was already full at that point, it meant I would have had to wait again to continue with my manicure. Given the situation, I chose to get up, pay only for my pedicure, and leave. I consider this to be a lack of respect for my time as a customer. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one came to assist me. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer. I understand that with the volume of clients you handle this may not seem significant, but I strongly encourage you to review your policies and customer service, as situations like this could lead to losing many more clients in the future. I was always a loyal customer and used to recommend this place, but today's experience has left me completely disappointed. Thank you.

Went in to get my lashes done for the first time ever and it was amazing! Such an amazing experience. They look amazing, I feel amazing and the process was amazing! I felt so comfortable and relaxed, her studio is beautiful, clean and organized! She is so sweet and explains the whole process of whatever it is you are getting done, which I loved! I've always been scared of eyelash extensions because i heard they damage your real lashes but SO Vain Beauty Bar proved the opposite! I already did my lashes 3 times and now i just refill them but everytime i take my eyelash extensions off my real lashes we're completely normal and nothing damaged! I just had my teeth whitened and it was a great experience. Ally was super nice and explained everything to me. My teeth camout a coupe shades lighter and I only did 40 minutes for my first time! I've been getting Facials by Tatiana for many, many years and she always does an incredible job. My…read moreonly issue is the constant disruptions from other staff members. My Facials are my time to take care and pamper myself. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because she really does do a good job. Just the lack of respect for the client is my issue.

Just want to clarify that before my appointment no evaluation was made of my skin and no questions were asked about my type of skin as well as I was not aware or informed of what she was even putting on my skin at the moment of the procedure. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning.
