I am the most understanding and willing to hear people out. As a real estate agent for the past 11yrs I pride myself in customer service and I am on the end of dealing with customers and making sure they are content with there purchases and it's my prerogative to make sure they are guided from start to finish.I get no joy in having to review my procedure especially being a very private person. Regardless I feel people need to know before they spend there time, money, body and in the end trust there face to this place. With that said, Allison was very good at answering me to get me to the door to use her services. Once I got there it was a completely different scenario. I was told to come on a specific day under the impression I had an appt to get a procedure done (lip flip filler, this is not my first time). I show up tells me to wait she's slammed with people. I'm thrown in between appts, she has construction workers the place has only an open waiting area and just one procedure room. I literally walked in and out of the procedure room 4xs. Didn't have the filler available had to step out and pick it up from her vendor. I waited for my lips to numb in the open main area in front of several ppl with cream all over my mouth (they do not use lidocaine injections and charge the same amount and none of this is discussed until you agree to the procedure and price). Finally my lips were numb but still I felt everything. She even had a video taken after I specifically said I did not want my entire face shown. In the video I'm clearly in pain. Finally my procedure is done (most painful lip filler I've ever had) I was told I would get a half syringe. She was not clear at all that meant half of one on each lip .25 I had an half a syringe on each lip not half of one before. My lips were way fuller before I did the procedure and now they look smaller than before. Initially at the spa yes they looked full given I just had my lips injected there were swollen. By the next day I had bruising everywhere and bumps all inside my mouth. (Now I'm well aware this is normal) however I still have bumps. We are going on 4 weeks!!! I called over and over to get back to the spa and have the nurse check me out. Allison gave me the run around for 24hrs couldn't give me a direct reply and finally gave me a time an hour before mine you it's Sunday and clearly I can't just drop kids family I needed a time to which she said "i told you to come today" that's what she said. Not hey come at 330 you will be the last client and you may be here an hour. No direct anything. She said it was the only day her nurse would be available for the next two weeks which I thought is ridiculous. How is the nurse going to be absent for that long? Anyhow after being accused I was "attacking her" I really became untrusting and since her nurse couldn't see me on a Monday or any day after I asked her to be fair and just reimburse me for the lip filler. I accepted the lip flip but wanted to fix the filler to her response was NO. Which I was shocked. Her nurse at the spa couldn't see me for two weeks and then tells me I won't see results for several weeks. Again not my first time my lips have NEVER looked the way they are now. Please do your research and ask questions. Also they are shady with the pricing. She quoted me $900 for full face Botox, lip flip and lip filler and then when I asked to break down the price it didn't match her original pricing. I'm not the only one this has happened to. My friend did Botox and it came out great but lip fillers I'd check out the many other options in Miami. read more

I been having a hard time finding a new lash girl, because my previous one has been flaking lately. So as usual I checked yelp for a nearby location. I was not disappointed, once again the wonderful yelp community came in clutch with reviews and photos. I love the results and I was in and out. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the pricing. It cost double what I paid at my previous lash girl, but atleast they were reliable. Had to update my review to 2 stars because only a week later I have 2 dangling lashes left! I have been doing lash extensions for over a year and this has never happened. They usually last 3-4 weeks. Doesn't help that I also paid way more then any other place I have done them before. read more

I never usually leave reviews no matter how great or bad the service/experience was but after my experience with Ally it was a must. First let me separate the 1st service I received from the customer service experience I encounter the 2nd time around. I received a wonderful facial from the esthetician Ally's mother because of this first service I re-booked via the So Vain Beauty Bar online scheduling system. The day before my scheduled appointment I received a text message from Ally informing me that the esthetician was sick and asking me if I could reschedule. I could not reschedule due to planned prior commitments for the week and ask for my deposit to be refunded. After offering time slots I was not available for she agreed to send me my deposit back but she fail to mention I would be charged a convenience fee. I asked for the fee back and Ally's tone then became unprofessional and rude. See text messages below. I love supporting local business especially when they are good but I will not be treated with disrespect or deal with unprofessional behavior no matter the cost. Customer service is lacking at this business. I refuse to accept bad customer service when there are other options for service providers. The old saying remains "you pay for what you get". I would rather pay more and deal with professional attitudes of owners/employees that make good customer service a priority. The one star rating is based totally on my customer service experience with Ally if I could give no stars I would. I got my lashes done here on Monday. Today is now Saturday and pretty much all of my lashes have fallen off. The first one fell of 30 minutes after l left her house. I didn't wet them or brush them the first day and they still dropped off. She did a good job with applying them but her glue might be old or something.
