Chix parm was fair. What ruined it was the sub roll. I can't understand how anyone can call it an Italian sub shop when the bread you serve is horrible. Like eating a oversized hot dog bun. Order your bread from a real Italian bakery if you want better sales. read more

I've had just about everything on the menu here since it's close to work and a frequent lunch option. Everything has always been outstanding. My favorite is a chicken cutlet, or the eggplant sandwich (both on italian bread). They are all just good quality sandwiches with no corners cut. Service is fantastic. Super friendly! The atmosphere is simple... that of a pick-up sandwich shop. I like that they have take home options as well. You owe it to yourself to give it a try... Came in on the recommendation of some Duxbury friends lauding the original location. Not much more here than Boar's Head deli meat, which is readily available in any direction. $14 for a sadly thin sandwich on good bread. Wife had soup that they acknowledged they don't make. Freezer had some previously made options to reheat at home. Deli case was lackluster and little freshly made options outside homemade pickles. Folks working there were friendly. Inside is all the same as the previous occupant. If you're trying to avoid one of the busier spots around might be helpful. Nothing special here really. read more

I work at a dealership nearby. We all order from there daily. You have to try the breakfast sandwich. If you eat it at 9:00 you will not need to lunch that day. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with a hash brown.. OMG! Amazing. I got a Reuben the other day so incredibly delicious., packed with meat. The Johnny is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. My first time here. I believe I was speaking with the owner. She and her staff are pleasant. Spotless sandwich shop. I stopped in to order an old Italian. The sandwich came on a fresh soft roll. Besides the Boars Head meats, the fresh mozzarella & roasted red peppers really stood out! The bread absorbed the balsamic vinegar so I could taste it throughout the sandwich. The food is fantastic. I drove 45 minutes to come here, and I don't regret it one bit. Quality ingredients and very flavorful. The counter help and cashier are among the friendliest people that I have encountered at any quick food establishment. The cashier was extremely pleasant with a great smile.
