Finally found something they are good at, PIZZA. My sister came down and we ordered a large cheese pizza for take out. The pie was ready when I arrived and my hopes were not high due to past experiences, in fact I threatened my sister with the old "this better be good". Much to my surprise the pizza was delicious, crisp crust that held up well, no folding this pizza. We got a large cheese and ate the whole thing. Glad that the 3rd time was a charm with this place as I was ready to give up. I'll return for pizza in the future. As it turns out, I'm one of those people who reviews when they're annoyed. Especially when I'm just trying to get a sandwich. This place, while I love the roast beef sandwiches, the girls at the front are the most miserable humans. I wonder if it's because shit rolls downhill, you know like someone in the back is terrible to them or the person who owns the place is always dating the girl who is ringing register. They are so hostile. The feel is, give me your money and then go F off. No one smiles no one says hello or hi what can I get you? Nothing. It's just "uh huh and what?! Just push that button, just hit green", directing the customer to pay and they ask for a tip on the prompts for the credit card machine. They could not be more bothered by ignorant customers coming to purchase goods . The customer service is in the trashcan. I get it you're busy, but please take a breath and be somewhat kind to the people walking through the door. It really is a turn off. read more

I was/am really rooting for this place to succeed but they really need to step up with quality control and customer service. Online ordering is easy and fast and they have a huge selection. Restaurant is clean and inviting. First time I went with a small group, had a chicken caesar salad, it was pretty good. 2 woman working counter, one was unnecessarily rude, the other seemed to try and compensate for her co worker's attitude and was very helpful. I decided to try take out: I got the Steak & Cheese sub, the bread was good but the steak was flavorless, dry and shredded like saw dust. I ordered extra cheese but there was only a tiny glob of cheese on one end. The sub was drowning in the sawdust meat. I can say this was the worst sub I have ever had, and I have eaten subs from gas stations. I ate half because I was starving. My husband got the Steak Caesar wrap, there was so much dressing it leaked through the bag and was a mess. The wrap and lettuce were soaked with dressing and couldn't be eaten with your hands. We've ordered from here several times in recent weeks. I especially recommend the hot pastrami on poppyseed! The chicken parm sub? Not so much. It was basically chicken tenders smothered in marinara, which essentially meant that the limited cheese that was put in the sandwich melted and mixed into the sauce, diminishing the flavor and leaving a soggy mess. I went on a Wednesday night. The order was made promptly. The staff was friendly the place looked very clean. It is brand new. I ordered a steak and cheese mayonnaise extra pickles. Good thing I ordered extra pickles because the steak had no seasoning on it. My guess it's just the frozen steak you order from a distributor. It's not often you get fresh steak anymore. TLDR / Be careful. They charge for things like Covid and sauce on the side (not extra sauce) I've been to plenty of Brothers Roast Beef & Pizza and never have I been so disappointed than with this Brothers. So I walk in, order 3 sandwiches, 2 super beefs with bbq & horseradish & a junior beef with bbq, and I mentioned sauce on the side for all of them since they always get messy on the ride home. I have 2 -$20 bills in my hand so I hand them to her. Get back $2.03 as my change and she walks away. I'm sitting there for a minute stewing over how 3 sandwiches could possibly be $38? She came back and I asked "was I given the right change?" She ways "yah we add $2 to every sandwich cause of covid 19 food prices. WTF? 2 dollars more for a junior beef? But also $2 more for a super beef? Makes zero sense. Finally she leaves my food on the counter and walks away, I called for her and asked for a receipt that she conveniently crumpled up and threw out. I had a hamburger dinner delivered the Hamburg was shoved in a wax paper bag and the bun was so soggy I had to throw it away. The hamburger was raw in the middle and burnt on the outside.
