They even attempted to give my husbands van a complementary valet but he's a plasterer so I'm sure you can imagine what a job that was, but the thought was there anyway! They really pulled the stops out to get my mot done and passed on time and I really appreciated it. I've used them personally and my husbands used them for work and we've both said the same, we'd use them again. Not the cheapest as I said but there's a value in them being reliable and we found them to be so.

This was the only place I could get in on a Saturday so decided to take a punt as I had heard bad things about kwik fit and there reputation of advising work which wasn't required. The price was a little higher than my usual garage but not much more. The MOT went smoothly and passed with no issues. The guys are very friendly and you can watch the service area from a comfy seating area. I would use them again if I really needed to but will be keeping loyal to my usual garage as much as possible.

He needed to look at my car and when I told him the make of the car and we're it was he said "the only D'S in the car park. Then asked me how much was the other quotes I had. I asked him to write his quote down and my tyre size. And he said so u can tell your other quotes the tyre size. I told him not to if it was a problem. Another customer waiting was even shaking his head. Basically I wouldn't give him my buisness what ever his prices are. They need someone with some people skills on reception. Funny how they never did when I was emailing about buying the bike! I was missing my keys for steering lock on purchase, was told not to worry they would drop them off at my house. Got fed up of waiting after several promises of days they'd come with them I just drove to the Manchester branch and picked them up myself. Manager said for inconvenience they'd give me a free t shirt... Which I never got. I bought the bike cash and several accessory since and I feel they have no respect for customers. I own other bikes that cost much less and dealers have been so much better. Do no reccomend.
