We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

And I am not even sure what we get for the annual maintenance. There is no trouble-shooting or preventive maintenance. Shortly after each annual maintenance, it coincidentally seems to fails its weekly self-test. One of the receptionists is worthless -- rude and dismissive. It seems as though they are not interested in remedial maintenance -- only new installations and component replacements (no trouble-shooting). The technicians seem incompetent. They charge a ridiculous amount for each visit without a guarantee of repair. One time we had a failure because of mice eating the wires but the technician would not fix it because he was afraid of the mice.

I said fine I had already purchased a replacement ceiling fan and I paid him $300 for the additional item that he said was electrician they the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and proceeded to try to install the ceiling fan. I don't know specifically what he did, but I want him remove the ceiling fan brand new out of the box on and meant the ceiling fan as he was installing it and the ceiling fan didn't work. I was watching him the entire process, but he around and says oh the ceiling fan must be defective. It must've been bent The ceiling fan wasn't banned. I watched him take the brand new ceiling fan out of the box and subsequently bent it when he was trying to install it then he says well you have the packing ceiling fan came in. You can return it to the store and get a replacement. The problem is that I now have a broken ceiling fan installed in my ceiling so how am I supposed to remove the broken ceiling fan? I'm not electrician. I subsequently called American home shield and JCJ did not respond. I would anyone to use this company incompetent if not corrupt and the only reason why I even utilize them was because they were the assigned contractor with American home shield

The company boasts over 40 years service but incident reports or I should say mine I was not satisfied. Otherwise workmanship was good. I am retired Govt contracts person and just look for a properly executed document. When I asked tech for written signature he wrote his name on top paper??? No where on incident report as they call see. Thus my rating of GOOD.

I've been wanting to get a portable electric generator that would provide sufficient electricity to power important circuits in my house, should a storm cause an interruption. Dominic, of Energize Electric, came to my house to survey my electric service and ask me what parts of my house I wanted to have restored, should service be interrupted. I ordered the generator and once it was delivered to my house, we scheduled the installation of the power transfer switch and the portable generator house plug. To my delight, a crew of two electricians from Energize Electric had the transfer panel and all necessary wiring installed within a few hours. They arrived on time and when they were done with the installation, they cleaned up, and we fired up the generator. They showed me how to hook it up to the house and we tested the transferred circuits. Once I assured them that I was comfortable with the installation, and I understood how to use the generator and the power transfer switch, they excused themselves and moved on to their next job.
