I accidentally backed the car into the garage door on a very cold January day, breaking the door in a half-open position just hours before a snowstorm came through. Anton replied to my call for help almost immediately, sending out his partner, Artem, to fix the door within a couple hours after my call. Artem spent about an hour-and-a-half fixing the very bent door with a bent track. When he started, the door could not open or close. By the time he was done, no one would be able to see that it had been broken. And he said there is a 3-month warranty on the work! I was so relieved and happy. And the price was very reasonable. Many construction guys have answering services now that harvest your cell phone number. They get a "free" answering service, but the person running the answering service makes money selling your cell phone number. My experience with Strela was exceptional. Artem was respectful of my property and I found scheduling to be very accommodating. Rather than replacing a major part in my refrigerator as an immediate solution, he started with a few simple steps to see if we could avoid something major. As a pet owner fur often builds up in places we don't access or can't access. He cleared these places of all traces of fur and dust. His thorough adjusted relieved the problem, but he recommended I look for specific flags and call him immediately. When I called him weeks later, he came back and was able to replace a part on the spot with little notice. He adjusted the cost to include the initial visit.
