They just came back to run buried line from my house to my tenant's so we have water when the power goes out. (The primer was t only thing missing from t original hook up cz it was in a separate building.) I delayed cz I really didn't want my lawn all torn.up. But Nick used a tool that opened a wedge in the lawn just wide enough to bury the line 6" down, and when they tamped and watered, it was barely noticeable. They also took care to shelter foundation shrubbery so there was no collateral damage. Oh, and they're kind and thoughtful to a rowdy bunch of dogs living here. They are not gougers, either​​. What's not to love about ElectraTech? Can't think of a thing.

We were caught in the middle of a renovation project and the electrician our Contractor utilizes…read morewas unable to free himself up. My brother-in-law recommended Steve Lenko and his business. Our Contractor agreed to use them because of the delay. Steve came out on a Saturday afternoon only 6 hours after we contacted him in order to review the job. He spent 3 hours at our home going over every aspect of the job, looking at the existing wiring and the proposed options we wanted. Steve not only made some excellent recommendations but also had the foresight to allow for a junction for a first floor connection on the same circuit that may be eliminated in the near future, saving us a lot of work and most likely a bit of money also. I don't know of another Electrician that I've ever used in the past that would think ahead like that for the customer. He said his helper Jim would be out early Monday after a lengthy consultation with him to review all aspects of the job. We were admittedly a bit concerned as we've had owners of businesses come out and sound top notch before and then send their workers out and be totally disappointed. This was truly not the case this time. Outside of the necessary noise required to complete the project we would almost not have known he was there. He arrived right on time every day. Worked the entire day. Never had to do one of those 2-3 hour mystery trips in the middle of the workday when you wonder if you're actually being charged for the offsite time needed for poor planning. Our entire experience was excellent. There is nothing they could have done better or done differently. He installed a beautiful new box, and did all the work. The problem was he never upgraded the main service cable from 100AMP to 200AMP, which is a fire Hazzard, and the inspector wouldn't pass the job, and the HVAC contractor refused to hook up my AC until it was replaced. Ray has not returned my call since, and he took my money. I had to hire another contractor to redo his shoddy and illegal work.

The job could have cost at least $2500 if I needed everything replaced and run up to the roof. After inspecting the panel he told me that it was in good shape and that if I wanted he could replace just the panel for a very reasonable price. Then he asked me what my electrical demand was. I responded with not that much. Then he told me that there was no need to replace the panel. Think about that for a minute. How many service people of any kind do you call out to your house for a decent size job, tell them they need to do the job and then they turn around and tell you that you don't need to spend the money. That is as rare as it gets. In my estimation, well more than 9 out of 10 companies would just go ahead and do the work and collect the profit. I did have Ray install a ceiling fan and couple light fixtures as well as fix an outlet and an open knockout in the electrical panel. He is very efficient and the work was great. Both times he came to do work he was on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
