My two bathrooms were an absolute mess. I wish I had before pictures. It was seriously a disaster. The tub was chipped, the walls were PINK and the sinks were all rusted. On a lark with absolutely no recommendations from anyone I knew, I turned to Yelp. I found Diego and let me tell you, this is the most honest guy you can ask for. Diego is only concerned about the money. Once he does the job he never answers to do repairs or touch ups. He stalls until the warranty is over. He takes advantage of women especially. My ~100 year old tub needed to be reglazed again; I found Diego through recommendations on my town's Facebook group. I called to get an estimate and Diego came promptly on the agreed date/time and gave me a fair price (same as what I paid over 10 years ago). He advised that I needed to get a slight drip fixed or else it would ruin the glazing which I appreciated. He was able to come for an estimate that weekend and give a quote (which he stuck to at the completion of the job). He even removed the old toothbrush/soap holders and grab bars and replaced them with new tiles. Our bathroom went from an outdated gray/blue to a bright and clean glossy white! We agreed on a fair price and he scheduled to come complete the job within a week of our call. He arrived with his crew on time and they all acted in a professional manor. I contracted Diego to refinish my mom's bathtub. the finish was mostly gone, and it had a couple rusty spots. Diego came over on a saturday morning, on time, and got to work. he laid out mats to keep things clean, and spent the next several hours scrubbing the tub clean, getting rid of the rusty spots, and reglazing. he left the area clean, put on a nice finish and recaulked the tub. He communicated well, was patient and polite. my mom is usually very picky about the jobs she gets done, and often has something to complain about. I found DnR (D.R.) Reglazing on Angies list, their ratings and comments were exceptional so I decided to give them a call and I am very happy I did. I had a 70's style bathroom so all the tiles were pepto bismol pink and falling apart. After speaking to Diego (he does the work and I believe owns the company) about what I wanted done he asked me to send him some photos of the bathroom. Within less than one day he called me back with a very reasonable price quote and explanation of the process. I had all my bathroom wall tiles and tub re-glazed. Diego and his assistant did an amazing job and were extremely clean and courteous. They covered up all areas around where they would be working or walking on to protect and keep surfaces clean. They spent a great amount of time in the prep(cleaning, re-grouting, fixing broken tiles and holes, taping etc), I was surprised at the amount of effort put into that. When they finished they left the place spotless, no dust or debris anywhere. Even the smell was minimal and was gone by the next morning. The job came out amazing, anyone who see's this and knows what the bathroom looked like prior to the re-glazing can't believe what a transformation reglazing can do. It was all done in one day.
