About a year and a half ago Enrique Martinez sub contract for our contractor to install a Mitsubishi heating /cooling system. The system stopped cooling and has not worked for the last 3 months. I have repeatedly both his cell and office numbers leaving messages for him to call me. HE HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALLS! The unit is under warranty and it is my understanding that because the unit is under warranty he may not want to work on it as getting paid can take time. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone! read more

Did my 1st piece of business with Enrique at D Right Temp. Nice guy, explained the process clearly... and charged a fair amount for the work completed. His service included replacing a thermostat, maintenance on a tankless water heater, AC, and heater as well as cleaning up some basic plumbing work. The reason I hired him was because his company is one of the few that will maintain a tankless water heater. Of note, he missed an appointment we had scheduled... which was forgiven because other aspects of his service were very good. My recommendation would be to call and confirm 2 hours before an appointment. read more

Excellent customer service and work. Enrique from D Right came out on a Sat morning and immediately diagnosed the problem within the first 5 mins working on our furnace. He doubled checked everything carefully and made sure nothing else was contributing to the issue. I can't speak more highly of Enrique and D. Right Temp. As an architect, I have trusted him on several projects ~ but he really proved his worth to me when he worked on my home. 1) water heater ~ not his primary focus of his work, but when I needed a new one, Enrique was certainly the right person for the job. Competitive pricing, great service and a SUPER clean installation. 2) Enrique also serviced my 25 year old furnace. Still working and not ready for replacement, Enrique serviced the unit for me. It is amazing how well the unit operates now ~ very noticeable difference. And I know when the time comes to replace the furnace, I know who I will be calling. Pros: On time, good pricing, quality work, clean installation, highly knowledgeable, leaves the job site clean. Cons: Honestly can't think of any. ENRIQUE IS A SCAMMER...AVOID. My thermostat died on a very cold afternoon, and I read all the great reviews about Enrique, so felt pleased that he was able to rush over to fix it before nightfall! He seemed very nice and I told him my landlord was out of town and that I was on a budget, and that I'd like to replace it with the least expensive model. However he said he was "all out" of the cheaper ones, but that he could sell me one of the top-end thermostats he carries. I asked if he could come back tomorrow with one of the cheaper ones, but he said he was all booked up for over a week, so if I wanted it replaced I needed to pay $300 for the fancy one. Well the "fancy one" turns out to be a model that Home Depot carries for $35.25, and I could just tell in my gut the whole time he was working me, because I was a single woman and was desperate due to the cold snap, but none of the other companies were available for many days so I knew I had to just take whatever he was offering. I later called him with my landlord to confront him on his price gauging, and after being rude and evasive, and trying to twist the story around, my (male) landlord got on the phone, and he finally said he'd send a check for $200 to cover the difference of what a more reasonable price would have been for the thermostat. Of course he never sent the check. AVOID THIS GUY...HE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN IN VULNERABLE POSITIONS. read more

Wouldn't you know it that our air conditioner stopped working right in the midst of a sweltering day. The property management company contacted Enrique at D Right Temp. If I could I would leave a MINUS *. Enrique came out the 17th of November. We have American Home insurance. He was to diagnose the furnace then call American Homes next. He was here to check our furnace that when turned on made a horrific BOOM. Enrique turned the furnace off and the gas to the furnace. Apparently it wasn't save to use. Never heard from him again even though we called over 8 times and also called American Homes. American Homes couldn't even get in touch with him. He took the check though. American Homes never heard from him either. Finally on the 1st of December I spoke with him and so did American Homes. Enrique was to call American homes back with a report. To this day he still hasn't. American Homes dispatched another repair person. I would NEVER use this company again. Can't be trusted. We have had no heat expect space heaters. Our electric bill will look like the national budget. I should send the bill to Enrique. My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

I waited two days for them to service my furnace only to be told that their schedule was full and that they couldn't provide the service they'd promised. From the very first contact I had with them they were surly. We had an ornery furnace with the problem of sometimes turning on and sometimes not. Of course intermittents are the bane of service technicians and make diagnosis much harder. In this case someone came to my house three separate times and replaced two different components, none of which fixed the furnace. I can't say enough to praise Enrique. He came out to check my old furnace even knowing that another HVAC place was refusing to, due to rats being in or near it. Enrique went in there with a light and a stick, saw there were no rats there at the time, but there had been; inspected it and pronounced it dead. The rats had eaten everything. We had only space heaters for this whole winter so far, and the other HVAC company was not willing to help at all even though it was they who had installed the existing ducting. Enrique bid on a new furnace installation and he was here until 9pm last night (a Saturday night!) to finish it up and make sure it worked, and we have heat today! He did this whole job over the past week, was very meticulous and thorough and I know he took extra care to get us warm. He pointed out that the previous HVAC guys had not sealed things properly and that was how the rats got into the furnace. Enrique sealed everything up and made sure to put screens on the vents so no critters can sneak back in. It's wonderful having heat again and wonderful having found a contractor/company with such a great work ethic and kindness. read more
