As previous top reviewer and loyal client, I will no longer be using this salon. After 9 years of patronage--first with Lebella Nail Spa, and continuing after D.Vinci Nail & Lash took over--I was shocked by the poor treatment I recently received. I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the exact opening time listed online, door, & brochure, only to be scolded rudely- in front of another client- by Francis, manager, that my appointment was at 9:45. He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service. I could say so much more about the quality & customer service, but I'll leave that to others to decide themselves. Hope this helps! read more

The first time I got my nails done here, the service was good. I waited for awhile but I didn't mind. The second time, the nails were not what I expected. I wanted to take my nails off because the guy I went to previously told me I needed a new set. Plus, I wanted my nails longer anyway and previously my nails were short French nails. The lady who did my nails didn't soak them. She tried to take my nails off with another fake nail and when she pulled the acrylic off, it pulled some of my skin off on the side with it which made it start to bleed. She apologized but that shouldn't have happened in the first place. With the rest of the nails, she was consistently rough. My skin stayed intact but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable thing to go through. In the end, I didn't like the result. The white was too thick. It's literally half of my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. The shape is still a bulky coffin and the white was laid on too thick. I won't come back. The stars would only be for the place itself looking clean and welcoming. That's about it. read more

Why does this salon have such low reviews? I used to go here once a week for a fill with Bo when I lived in Lebanon. He had great attention to detail and was a great price. When I moved back to Nashville I have been bouncing around from salon to salon always leaving feeling I got mediocre services. When I was back in town for a funeral I was in desperate need of a new set of dip powder. I ended up with Phong and was so impressed! He has a great attention to detail like me! He knows what I want when I describe my needs. This last set as he was applying the color stopped to ask my opinion bc he thought it was too light for my liking. He was absolutely correct. In fact I think he pays more attention to details and I am a picky perfectionist. Seriously THE BEST nail tech I've ever had. I still live in Nashville and will drive to have my nails done there. My shop by my house is 55$ and phong is $40. So I tip him the difference and he's happy as am I when I leave. Thanks Phong!! read more

I just got my nails done here for the second time and I have never been complimented on my nails so much before. I waked in and asked if they had time and got a pedicure and nails. Tuesday's aren't as busy as most weekend days. I have been to three other nails places in Lebanon and was giving up hope of finding someplace decent. My two daughters and I went on 3/7/21 to get pedicures and manicures we was walk in's so we did have to wait some time but that didn't bother us. We are very pleased with our visit and my girls loved the experience as it was their first time. read more

Made an appointment for a pedicure & full set. Choose a deluxe pedicure, and the technician was horrible, did not even push back the cuticle, and she smudged the police and didn't fix it. Then the full set the tips were barely glued on and my nails all curve up, and the shape is the worst, my daughter said they look like werewolf nails.. read more

I love this salon. Diane has been doing my nails and they look the best they have ever looked since I moved to Nashville 4 years ago. I use the dip and have tried many salons around Nashville. Horrible experience. My mom and I waited for over an hour after getting a pedicure to get a manicure. I ended up leaving because I did not want to wait any longer. Also the staff was rude and didn't apologize for the wait. Paid $85 for two pedicures and still tipped well because I work in the service industry. read more

Told them to not file my nails because that's damaging...They kept doing it. Repeatedly. They do not listen to what their customers say which shows that they do not care about providing a good experiece. Also, all the technicians were talking extremely loud. I should have known not to go there due to the fact that it wasn't crowded at all at 6 PM. I think from now on I'll just drive out to Nashville to get my nails done. read more

Le Bella is my favorite pedicure place. The ambiance is nicer than at the other salons. They offer you a drink, have great chairs, low lights, quieter, all around better environment for a pedicure. I will confess I have had both good & bad experiences with hair there, but I am only rating the nail salon right now. They have a good variety of options with the pedicure & decent prices. read more

The salon is a little nicer than some, reasonably priced, and I did receive a good pedicure. BUT the wait time to get the pedicure was a little ridiculous.I sat with my feet soaking for nearly 45 minutes before the tech finally got to me. When she finally did get around to doing my pedicure she had very little to say. I suppose not having a lot to say is better than taking personal calls while working with a client like I saw another tech do while I was there. Too bad there's not a Zero rating for the hair salon side of this business. Came home with the worst haircut ever and a burned scalp with the hair color job. Ginny needs to stop babysitting her kids at work and pay attention to the client in her chair. Never, ever go here if you want to come out with your hair intact. Just spent $41 on a manicure and pedicure and I'm not even sure why. The nail tech did absolutely nothing to remove the calluses from the heels of my feet and the manicure left my cuticles looking worse than before they started and apparently they are incapable of buffing nails to a natural shine. Extreme disappointed and will definitely not ever return. read more
