I made an appointment for Lebanon since that's my closest location. I received a call from Shay notifying me of unfortunate (albeit, temporary) news that their store was flooded and they are currently working at the Mt. Juliet location if I was still interested in keeping my appointment. I really appreciated her prompt call and she was so friendly, too. I ended up calling in the morning about some medication questions and if that would affect my waxing. Through the entire process, Shay was not only professional, but she was personable, too. She made a great first impression on the EWC locations here. Annalee was my aesthetician and she, too, was professional and listened to my concerns about being on hydrocortisone. She did a strip test to see how my skin would react and made the decision that I was good to continue. She was pleasant to work with and made me feel comfortable and secure. My eyebrows came out fantastic, too! I'm so glad I was booked with Annalee because I have now found my new aesthetician here in TN!

So I was surprised and disappointed when I went to check out only to find I was charged an even higher rate for full hilites then I paid for that and haircut when it was Aqua Bella! I just believe if you have been a ten year patron you should at least be treated as a valued client. I should have walked out of Oxana platinum blonde not partially blonde for the price they charged me. There are a lot of other salons in Nashville who will appreciate their customers and care about not just how salon looks but whether they have done enough to get repeat business especially as there was hardly any customers and place was gutted. Therefore at this point I have no incentive to go back. Charging too much is never a good look no matter the salon.
