Said they could not match the colors. It was not a crazy color. Light pink and white ombré. I even told them it didn't need to match exactly and they said no. I tried 4 other places in Lebabon and they said the same thing. NO! I called Slay'd Studio and thought I would try one last place. OMG! She was so sweet and nice and told me to come right in and see how she could fix it. I ended up buying a crystal and bracket. She was reasonable and not outrageous like the others. A small quant little shop off the beaten path. She now has a devoted and loyal customer for life. And all my friends and family will know of this place. Thank you

They were surprisingly busy on an early Wednesday afternoon, but it didn't take long for a technician to get us situated. My daughter chose a nice light pink color while I just wanted a simple clear coat. My technician did an overall ok job in grooming my cuticles, but she could not seem to understand when I repeatedly requested to file my nails round. She continued to make them square and seemed annoyed when I would ask to correct the shape. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, so I just left it alone and fixed them myself when we got back to the hotel. The included massages were pointless. They felt like a light applying of lotion. My daughter was lucky to have an excellent technician who took his time. Her cuticles were meticulously groomed with her nails filed and polished perfectly. He paused a few times to ask her if what he was doing was ok. She said he did a nice job with the massages. She was very happy. Although not fully satisfied with everything, I still tipped 20% since they were able to accommodate us, but we won't be back.

I arrived at 10:00 a.m., the exact opening time listed online, door, & brochure, only to be scolded rudely- in front of another client- by Francis, manager, that my appointment was at 9:45. He went so far as to say that had I been 1 minute later, he would have left. I had even attempted calling earlier to confirm. After years of coming here, that level of disrespect was unacceptable. To make matters worse, he was seeing a walk-in client when my pedicure was completed. So I waited... And waited. Also, many of the talented staff, including Mary and John, have already left. Sadly, the quality of both care and customer service has gone downhill. I stayed for my appointment this time, due to my schedule--but this will be my LAST visit. I cannot confidently recommend D.Vinci Nails & Lash for anyone seeking consistent quality or professional customer service.
