I selected a micro needling treatment and I have only had one before. Not only did Shay include a dermaplane treatment she also started with microdermabrasion. In addtion she does not leave you alone in the room for 30 minutes to wait for the numbing cream, if selected, she gives you a little bonus massage. My skin feels and looks amazing. I have finally found my new go to place. No more endless searching on Groupon for my beauty needs. I love Safety Harbor and I can't believe I don't visit more often. When I realized my mistake I decided to give them a second chance, hoping that the poor experience was the groupon 'budget' choice. The second time I paid full price for a Oxygen Infusion Facial and I received similar mediocre facial. I've had spa facials every few months for the last 10 years, and this has to be one of my least favorite experiences. If you're accustomed to spa facials, this is not up to par. Dianne is a little too heavy handed and jerky (not smooth movements) in her facial massage. On the second visit I was very clear with her about my expectations, specifying the areas I wanted her to focus on (based on my prior experience with her), and she listened but did not follow through. At the end of my second facial with her, I was as disappointed as the first experience. I don't think I should have to go home after a facial and extract noticeable blackheads... I feel like the facial should be more thorough than that... The spa area is clean and organized. She plays relaxing music and is not overly talkative. You can definitely relax in her studio.... BUT, if you're looking for a gentle, smooth facial massage or thorough extractions, this is not the place.

The APRN stated "I promise I don't fill the needles with water" which I found odd considering I never accused her of doing so.... So when I asked why I spent $900 and still have lines and it looks like I had nothing done, she stated they wouldn't be fixing it and I'd need to pay. End of story.
