Botched u tear tear through filler. Spent several months severely swollen and bruised. Left eye still swollen. Had to go to 4 different doctors as a result. Also, had 22 visits for treatment at the spa trying to bring down swelling. Then was burnt on temples and left with scars. Owner refused to fully refund or fairly compensate after all this. I have had extensive Laser Hair Removal from my neck to my toes. I did this at another hair treatment center and I can tell you that it was the most torturous experience anyone can endure. I likened it to being stung by bees 5000 times. Then I discovered Fusion Medispa, and when they first told me that they have invested significant money into the latest and greatest technologies, and that the hair removal was painless I was very very skeptical to say the least. However, after having my first treatment, I can tell you this is actually pain-free. This is such a game changer.if you were interested in this, don't wait any longer. I was absolutely terrified of getting laser hair removal but Mariana made me feel so at ease and walked me through the entire service. I am now almost hair free and it is the BEST decision I have ever made! I now visit Macu for routine facials when my face is looking a little dull and Nushin when my brows and lips need a touch up. It has been years of great service from cosmetologist Macu, facial consultations, microdermabrations, etc and treatments to correct all my needs. Macu is completely amazing never have seeing such a competent cosmetologist. Mariana a laser expert, her recomendations on treatments, client relations simply goes beyond all. Now, i did try the temper face n body tightening. I did the treatment in my face and i see instant results. Yes, I need about 4 for treatments but then lines and the bags under my eyes have clear out and the pores are closed. I am just thrilled with Fusion Medi D Spa overal. read more

Mariana, the owner of this company, completely DESTROYED MY LEGS through her laser hair removal services. She used the wrong temperature settings on me and then blamed it on the laser hair removal equipment. SHE COMPLETELY BURNED MY LEGS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!! Look below for Day 1, Day 3, and Week 3 pictures. On top of burning my legs, she then proceeded to use intensive skin bleaching/exfoliation peels while my legs were still inflamed and healing. She also gave me an aggressive prescription cream without having me actually directly visit a dermatologist. Mariana is not a doctor and she does not have the proper credentials for this job. She also claimed she spoke with a dermatologist before giving me the prescription, but I never spoke to the dermatologist myself. I used the cream she gave me for two weeks and let her conduct peels on me, but my skin then became really hypo-pigmented. As you can see in the last two pictures, my scars are dark on the outside of the circles and lighter than my natural skin on the inside of the circles. I then went to go see my own dermatologist who specializes in laser hair removal burns. My dermatologist told me that the treatment plan she was giving me was too aggressive too soon. My burns were still healing and I was given intense products and peels. She told me to immediately stop using what Mariana was giving me. My dermatologist also said that she missed a lot of spots during laser treatment and did not even fully catch all the hair on my legs. My dermatologist prescribed me new topical creams and moisturizers and expressed concern that my legs may never go back to normal. When I expressed my concerns and emotional distress to Mariana, she refused to talk to me on the phone and said she won't pay for the dermatology visits and the treatments that my dermatologist recommended. She said she'd only pay for whatever she gave me, which were the products that ruined my legs even more. I am not allowed to expose my legs to the sun for at least 3 months and to cover up for that she cleverly said she'd pay for pants (like that will make things better). I NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH SECOND/THIRD DEGREE BURNS, HYPER-PIGMENTED SCARS, AND HYPO-PIGMENTED SCARS. Do not get your service done at Fusion Medispa! It will ruin your life. They do not have the proper credentials or training. The owner does not take full responsibility for her actions. PLEASE ONLY GO TO A MEDICAL DOCTOR FOR PROFESSIONAL LASER SERVICES! read more

Made an appt yet 2 or 3 walk-ins got service BEFORE me so I had to wait an extra 1 1/2 hrs! Just left in a freezing cold room by myself listening to other guests laughing and carrying on conversations while I waited. Nice initial facial experience but bad management, seem to be interested in catering to certain people. No big deal ......several other med spas available to frequent. I LOVE this spa!! I have been a customer of Fusion for over 4 years. It is now the only place I go because everything is amazing every time, and that's hard to find. When I first moved to Florida I started going for laser hair removal with Mariana because so many of my neighbors recommended her. I eventually ended up doing most of my body. I have to say that I am thrilled with the results.. It really is priceless to be tank top & bikini ready all the time! I've been to Macu for many facials, peels, and even a spray tan. The facials are so relaxing and enjoyable and she has made my skin look so much healthier. Every service I have had from Macu is top notch and she is very knowledgeable in all things skin. I have also had many Torc sessions on my stomach with Kate. Again, I am really thrilled with the results.. I wish I took a before and after picture because it worked so well! Kate has also given me excellent nutrition advice which I am so thankful for because I feel better and have more energy. I made two appointment with Nushi per recommendation of Marianne to do electrolysis with her the first time she didn't show up they called her while I was there and they said she will be in but never showed up and made another one and they called to confirm 2 days before and I called to confirm the day before and on my way there and half an hour before the appointment they called to cancel but I was on my way there since I live 45 mins away and I told them that before. They wanted to rebook for tomorrow but told them never again would I want to deal with her with that unprofessional behavior. So customers be aware! read more

Literally the worst experience. I went for a Brazilian/underarm/eyebrow wax and to start off with the wax was so hot it leterslly burned my skin after repeatedly telling the estetision that it was too hot, she didn't do anything but blow on the wax (still too hot) I am not a first timer to getting waxed and I go every 3 weeks. Unfortunately my normal place had no openings and so I figured I'd try a new place. When I go home after spending $90 I saw there was a lot of hair under my arms and in my Brazilian area that was missed, how it was missed is beyond me as the woman kept applying the hot wax to already waxed area. Needless to say I ended up with bumps and soreness due to the irritation of the scalding hot wax and the repeated exposure to it on one occasion. I will never return nor would I ever recommend this place. read more

Every time I've gotten a facial from her she has given me personalized attention and advice on my specific skin type. My niece booked us each facials, massages, and paraffin treatments. I was soooo excited for a spa girls' day! We arrived on schedule and were greeted by a wonderful person who offered us hot tea or water while we completed our paperwork. The space is in a strip mall but was serene and well-appointed inside. We were brought back to our room and given robes. We met Macka, our aesthetician, who discussed our facial needs. Macka did both of our facials during the same time. This isn't an uncommon practice as there is time while the treatments soak in to work on the other person. Our facials were lovely and soothing. I found some of the information shared to be questionable but the experience was relaxing. The unacceptable part of the day was when it became clear that Macka would be our only practitioner for the day. My niece was left in our treatment room with her hands in paraffin while I was taken for my "massage." My massage was less than 20 minutes long and very disappointing. It was perfunctory, at best. Neither my hands nor my feet were touched at all during the entire massage. What was done was relaxing and soothing but not like any massage I have ever had. This was not even like a mini-massage. My nieces's experience was the same but even shorter than mine. The paraffin was lovely and soothing. The entire day was ruined by our feeling like we did not get what we had ordered. As there was never any explanation offered as to why we weren't given the full services we booked, we are left to assume this is a common practice here. I would not recommend this place for massages. I highly suggest you ask LOTS of questions if you buy ANY services from this place. Had we been told this was not a full massage, we would have passed. The facials were not worth what we paid for the full day. We will NOT be returning. read more
