The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." I told the manager I was concerned about the laser removing the ink (it's happened in the past) and she had the nerve to tell me their laser doesn't Remove tattoo ink... I told her she was wrong, that it's happened before and showed her the proof on another tattoo of mine. She then repeated that their laser doesn't remove tattoo ink. Like huh????
