They do not do any kind of nail art, only simple polish which is very rare (and odd) from a nail salon in Puerto Rico. I decided to give this place a second chance after trying them out over a year ago and not being very impressed. Unfortunately things have only gotten worse and the service continues to be mediocre. They are one of the only nail salons in my area, but in my opinion are not worth it. I went for a full set of short acrylics and the nail tech working on my nails was polite but not very good. 3 of my nails ended up crooked and looking in odd directions, the shape of the nails were way too wide and in areas bumpy. She cut me in 3 different spots and I ended up with polish on my cuticles that I had to clean up at home. Keep in mind, this was with me watching her work and asking her to correct the mistakes. Had I not said anything my nails would have ended up way worse. She spent a large part of her time with me distracted by her phone and the telenovela playing on the television. While they weren't a complete loss (i was able to correct some things with a nail file at home) they were definitely not worth what I paid. My advice; look elsewhere for a good nail tech.

Both have great lockers with all the extras, relaxation room with tea and snacks, warm pool, steam room, and cold plunge. Well worth coming at least an hour or more before your treatments to chill and enjoy the spaces. Great menu of options for treatments. For massage, I did a 90 min "attunement" that combines deep tissue, Swedish, and heat/hot stone. Great way to try everything. Treatment rooms are indoor/outdoor and very comfortable. There is a 20% service changer added, most of which goes to the provide and a small part to the other staff. Not a budget spa menu, but if you're staying here you probably don't expect that and it's worth the experience. Highly recommend!
