What I mean by that is that a good goal for someone who hasn't done this yet is 10 minutes in the hot room. The staff there didn't really seem to get that there are people who need to start off with 1/3 or even less of the recommended 30 minute workout . They don't tell you that - they treat everyone the same . If you never worked out before - just try to do a 10 minute workout and you will have done an A+ job. This gym has young to old, superfit and the beginners and a track that meets the needs of all. Ryan, the head coach, is amazing as are the other coaches. The coaching staff is friendly and focused on functional fitness and nutrition (yes they have Oly but its not just about bulk, cardio, flexibility and overall health are a focus). They also have several members that are an extension of staff for other needs such as physical therapy and nutrition.

The coaches are all amazing, they encourage you, push you, and check in on you. The classes are like a more fun version of CrossFit, with much friendlier people training by your side. Don't get me wrong, the classes are tough, but you can adjust to fit your needs, there is no judgement here. For me personally, I have a torn/bulging disc in my spine, and yes, it gave me problems for the first few weeks, but after about a month of going 3-4 times a week, my back pain has lessened and that's a miracle for me!

I have never felt uncomfortable there. These workouts are functional, so they are for anyone and everyone. I was still going here when I was pregnant with my son. The coaches modified all the exercises for me. I don't think I can ever go back to a "normal" gym after this. I love how the workouts change often so, you hardly to the same thing day to day.
