What I mean by that is that a good goal for someone who hasn't done this yet is 10 minutes in the hot room. The staff there didn't really seem to get that there are people who need to start off with 1/3 or even less of the recommended 30 minute workout . They don't tell you that - they treat everyone the same . If you never worked out before - just try to do a 10 minute workout and you will have done an A+ job. I have never felt uncomfortable there. These workouts are functional, so they are for anyone and everyone. I was still going here when I was pregnant with my son. The coaches modified all the exercises for me. I don't think I can ever go back to a "normal" gym after this. I love how the workouts change often so, you hardly to the same thing day to day. Based on that assurance, I agreed. I canceled within 24 hours . However, the refund was refused. I was also not provided a written copy of the contract or cancellation policy at the time of signing. This experience was very disappointing. We were cancelling due to health reasons . John Allen is not trustworthy person . He gives false promise and cheat people by taking their money and start ignoring calls and messages once he got the money . I recommend that anyone considering signing up ask for the full written contract and not rely on verbal assurances. I do not recommend anyone to join this place . We felt misled and disappointed by how this was handled. Please make sure you receive all terms in writing before committing to any payment.
