We were then introduced to a sales specialist who wanted to sell us a membership that included one on one training. When we asked for a free trial for a couple days we were told that we could get a couple free days but we needed to sign up for a 3 month membership at 280 dollars every two weeks to unlock the free trial, but we could cancel within 3 days no questions asked. We decided the next day it wasn't for us. When we stopped in we were told not to worry that they would take care of the cancellation and call us later that day to confirm. Three texts later trying to convince us to reconsider the salesperson relented and said that they would handle the cancellation. That night I received a email stating that I would be getting biweekly charges of 280 dollars. The next morning I was informed that I had to come in and personally cancel my membership because he couldn't get it done without me. I went there and he pulled up his screen and after a couple minutes stated that I had been successfully canceled. However there was nothing he could give me in writing. I asked to take a screenshot of his monitor and he allowed me to. I then asked why I had to come in at all since I didn't have to sign anything and he said that they wanted him to have another shot at selling me the membership. Two weeks later and they still have not credited my credit card even though I received a email from corporate that my membership is canceled. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Sports are hit or miss since they rely on parent volunteers to be coaches. My daughter attended the after school program and didn't like it, she's also played several seasons of volleyball throughout the years. The volleyball has been hit or miss. There were a couple times we had some really bad coaches. In the end, if you are going to play I would recommend signing up for the competitive league over the recreational.
