BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership is either incompetent or dishonest! I found a vehicle on auto trader…read morethat i was interested in and requested pictures. The pictures sent appeared that the vehicle was in good shape, I questioned these pictures asking: "do these pictures accurately represent this vehicle?"- answer yes absolutely. Is there any damage that is not depicted in these pictures? answer-there is no damage to this vehicle not shown in these pictures. I clearly stated that i was driving 8 hours to buy this van and asked is there any possible issue that i need to know prior to this expense and trip. answer-it is a solid as a rock. After making the 8 hour trip and seeing the van from approximately 40 feet away i noticed rust coming from the roof, the salesmen said they hadnt noticed that which is odd that i could see looking out of the dealership window. On further inspection this van had been driven into a parking garage that was too low causing $10,000 in damage they claimed they did not know about. In further conversation it was made clear that they bought the van with a 6 inch hole in the roof that they patched at their body shop. This seems to be obvious dishonesty considering their body shop did this work so obviously they knew about this. They statted in writing from the dealership management "they would fix the damage and ship the van to me" and then did not do this. Furthermore in writing they said they would reimburse the rental car for my trouble. Again after sending proof of expenses they have not and have ignored any communication. This is a summary of a few of the dishonest things this dealership does. Do NOT buy a car here go anywhere else! Nate

Well, I give them 2 stars for "Could've been Better" and here is why. I go to buy a "DieHard" RV…read moreMarine Battery. It shows they have them in stock when I checked on-line. I print out the information with the part number and take it to the store. They key in the info and tell me they have 4 of them. Great! BUT...what they bring out is an AutoCraft Battery. I question it and they tell me it is the exact same specs. I wanted a DieHard, but okay I need a battery. I bring it home and the first thing I do is check the water levels before installing. One cell is low and I can't even see the water. So I begin to add a bit and water begins to run out of the bottom of the battery. Obviously it is busted. Appears to have been bumped on the corner in shipping or handling. I carry it back up there and tell them I bought this battery and the water was low. When I added water it leaked from the bottom. Guy comes outside to look at it and says, "That's usually not covered under warranty." WHAT! I told him I just bought it 20 to 25 minutes ago. Just over $110 bucks. Then he says he misunderstood and they would replace it. Okay, that's better. They bring me out another one and before I leave the store I quickly check the water levels. All seems good. I get it home, and look at it closer and the corner where the other one was leaking appears to be bent or beat up just like the first one but it at least it doesn't leak. I hook this marine battery up to my charger and it's only got a 50% charge on it. I look at the date code and it's 14 months old. But hey, it's still new and it should take a charge. Probably not a big deal. Then as I'm charging it I see the AutoCraft sticker on the battery is covering another sticker underneath. I peel the sticker off and underneath it says it is a CarQuest Battery. Are you kidding me? Now I fully understand there are only a couple of battery manufacturers and they make all the batteries for all of the brands, but let's don't hide things. It just doesn't sit well. I wanted a DieHard, you sold me an AutoCraft that was busted, swapped it out for another AutoCraft that turned out to be a CarQuest in disguise. My guess is I will be back at some future date because this battery failed. But only back if it happens during the 12 month warranty period. Otherwise I'm going elsewhere.

Don's garage mechanic "Ratboy" ( actual name tag) took me for $450.00 on a transmission leak…read more Within the first hour after driving my truck off the lot, the entire transmission fluid leaked out. When I returned for a warranty repair, Don's garage would not honor any work, said I paid cash and did not have a bill to prove the work. This garage was a recommendation from a church member and I did not feel the need to require any form of an agreement other than a handshake. The next repair shop informed me that no actual repair was made other that to put silicone over the original gasket; which had failed. Liars and thieves. Leave your vehicle for repair at your peril. I'm not alone with this thought.
