He told me it would take an hour and hour and 1/2 depending on how dirty the car was. Now my car was pretty damn bad, coffee stains everywhere, food stains, garbage all over the place. I'm not bragging about how dirty my car was, I'm bragging about how great Brian was. It looked like it came out of the showroom floor. He said my car was one of the worst he's seen in a long time but it looks brand new now. He was also honest about finding a credit card on my car floor. A couple of my co-workers saw the before and after and they were very impressed. They are considering using him in the near future. As we speculated another one of the tires was ready to pop. They did not have the size our trailer needed. Since we wanted to get back home 2300 miles away and tomorrow is the 4th of July one of the employees drove to their nearest store 54 miles to get us new tires today. Now that is going over and beyond. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. And since we don't know Memphis they even suggested local eateries and sites to see
