Meadowcroft Nationwide wouldn't waive the fee when I called and are now trying to get $80+ for a "returned fee charge" . Not only that - they charge $6 if you sign up for automatic deduction! Who does that? If anything I should get a DISCOUNT for that. I told them I'm ready to pay the $50 right now if you waive that fee. If not, I'll find another policy in the 10 days before it cancels and you lose a customer. They lost a customer.

My realtor recommended this agency 17 years ago. Every time I called about an issue, I was told to…read morecall the insurance company at their 800 number. I paid my premiums for 17 years, on time. Six months ago the insurance company sent a letter saying I had to make a repair to my home (which they would not cover), or else they would cancel my policy. I never saw the letter. Long story short, my policy got cancelled last week. Did William J Heller call to give me a heads up? Hell no. I called the insurance company, who said "we can't do anything. Call your agent." So I called Heller, who said "I can't do anything. Call the company." Long story short, I got myself a real insurance agent who believes in real customer service. This agent showed me ZERO courtesy, ZERO consideration, ZERO customer service. Good riddance. I should have changed companies years ago. Glad to be rid of you.
