Everything had low mileage and was well maintained. After I sold my immaculate 2004 Mercury Marauder to a very motivated buyer in Louisiana, I wanted a similar car, but more modern. The new 300S filled the bill, with more of everything. I searched the SE US, Mid Atlantic and Mid South looking for the right car - deal - financing - trade. I was trading a low mileage, well kept 2005 Mustang GT that I rarely drove anymore. I found the 300S (right color, price and equipment) I wanted at Gary Matthews, with very good numbers also offered for the trade and financing. Close to 500 miles each way from my house, with a hotel stay in each direction. Sales person and finance rep were great. New car cleanup prep wasn't the best but I had 300 properly cleaned after I arrived home. Gary Matthews sales manager offered to pay but 300 had to be cleaned up anyway after the trip home through inclement weather. 300S has been trouble free and also came with a limited lifetime powertrain warranty provided by the dealer. Coming up on its first anniversary with us - have learned much about the 300S in general and the 5.7L 'Eagle' motor in particular. The dealer has stayed in touch, a good sign. Using a local dealer for warranty work (none yet) and service (first service). Was a rough start unfortunately. Gary Matthews gets my vote!

Told I needed breaks , rotors and window switches, after car was hit at dealership and so called noise was not their fault. Took rotors after taken off to another repair shop who said they were absolutely fine in writing, for court. Charged for work not done. And parts I brought in, had proof with receipts. Ignored proof and lied about proof in court. Multi Madia player destroyed inside during repairs and the car was inside their garage at the time. They refused responsibility. I took my car for repairs else where after this nightmare. Their exact words were who the hell worked on your car?!?!!?They didn't know what the hell they were doing. And discovered my memory box inside was wiped, and had to be reprogrammed. And a number of other issues. They also said it didn't need a window switch I paid for thru my car insurance that this dealership refused to give me. It was the box for the cars computer that needed reprogramming. 2 1/2 years later the courts allowed no hard evidence in thru civil court. Unless you pay a attorney forget Clarksville Tn treating you fairly. Hard evidence that I was not allowed to show. Ohhhh, my car had 1,000 miles extra on it and a massive blob on my brand new tire when I picked my car up too. Theft driving the car. And if the tire had blown out it could have killed me or someone else. The judge didn't care. This dealership and the court system's judge are friends. The judge was a attorney and buddy of the dealership s attorney first. I was screwed from day one. 2 q/2 years putting together MASSIVE EVIDENCE. I couldn't show. The judge refused what other attorneys would allow. You will regret ever taking a car here for repairs.

Our 1999 Chevy Venture van finally gave up the ghost and we decided to buy a car from this army family in Oak Grove. We spent $1300.00 on what proved to be a total wreck! (Caveat Emptor, right?) So here we are stuck with two vehicles that only marginally work, and desperately in need of a car to get my dear wife to and from work. We happened to drive by Grace Auto Sales and saw this lovely 2010 Honda Odyssey - burgundy colored, and asked Dave about it. Although a bit high for our budget he offered to take our two cars in trade and a small down payment. He did all the paperwork and the car was ours. Yesterday, I noticed the battery light was flickering on and off while driving home. This morning, taking my wife to work, the battery light came on steady. After dropping her off I took the car to AutoZone to have the charging system checked. The salesman found no output from the alternator. We had the car for a little over a month and already, we had problems. So I called up Dave and basically said, "What now?" He came and got me, charged up the battery and got me over to the dealership. Then he and I researched alternators. After finding one, he said - OK, $260.00 for the alternator with installation. You pay half, and I'll pay half. (The car had been sold to me "as is" - which is most the case with used cars. Anyway, after getting the alternator in, he drove it over to the repair place they used and in about 3 hours we got the car back. Not getting paid until Wednesday, Dave accepted a post dated check from me for the work. David did all he could, in spite of him not, in reality, having to, and got us going again. I figure if I'm gonna pay dealer prices for OEM parts I better get OEM parts but looks like it's not the case at this dealership. I drive a lot of miles and never had any issues and other states getting my OEM parts for my truck but I guess I'll stop going here once again. Try to give him a chance but there doing the same thing as they did before. This is the Ford elite super duty parts area . Here is the picture of the filter they gave my son.
