We simply gave him the schedule and locations for our wedding day, and he took it from there. It is invaluable working with a vendor who you trust because there are so many other things to think about during the planning process. Throughout the course of the day, Chris did his thing without getting in the way of us or our guests. We barely knew he was there except for the fact that him and the other cameraman actually got in our photo booth and signed our guest book! That about sums up how fun and wonderful he is to work with! As far as our wedding video goes, Chris captured the complete essence of our day. Greg is the kind of guy you'd WANT to spend the afternoon with, like an old friend, or a life-coach, a coffee buddy! When trying to find the right photographer, more often than not, you're choosing based on his/her portfolio alone, but that's only the half of it. Being able to establish a great relationship is one of the most important things to consider when selecting a photographer. You want someone that you're comfortable with and someone that can read your personality well enough to capture you at your best. No awkward poses or artistic angles gone awry. Someone who is professional and knowledgable, but also incredibly fun. Greg has all those qualities and more! I felt ridiculously comfortable and trusted him wholeheartedly. He possesses a rare understanding of the performer's perspective in the business. There was a really solid dialogue between the two of us regarding what I was looking for and how I wished to improve upon my old headshots. Before, during and after the shoot, he was exceptionally helpful. Greg also had incredible feedback about wardrobe. (So many times, I feel like the day can easily become about the clothes I'm wearing instead of just getting a fantastically honest picture of me being me!) There are always special little treats that you just won't see elsewhere, which makes this a great stop if you're looking for stocking stuffers or small gifts. On my most recent visit, they had wildflower confetti: biodegradable confetti containing wildflower seeds, so you can celebrate and garden at the same time! I got a packet of those for my nephew, so hopefully he can have fun planting his own little garden.
