Says the incident before was a "miscommunication", which is odd because this "miscommunication" stemmed from their son. Obviously cannot stay organized with their staff on directives. I will make sure to spread this around to everyone I know, which will not be difficult since I work in a public institution. Absolutely inappropriate to argue with me over this at my WORK.

Setup went really smoothly with the team doing a great job and confirming where we wanted the pub, dart board, and tables/chairs and barrels to go. I heard lots of compliments throughout the party on what a cool idea it was to have an inflatable pub and overall guests seemed really impressed with how it came together.
